I have many complaints and will be returning this item even though it's going to be an enormous hassle to do so. I'm also sad to return it because I was so excited about it in concept, but it is just not executed well. My biggest issue is that changing the height is very difficult, and requires either removing everything from the desk surface or just allowing your items to slide around as you mess with the knobs. I think this whole idea of a bed desk only works if 1) you happen to be the right size for one of the pre-set heights to perfectly let your legs go under and be ergonomic for your arms so you never have to change the height, or 2) the height adjusting system is electronic, which is obviously not the case here. While not terribly unattractive, this does very much look like a hospital apparatus. I already feel badly about having to work from bed due to chronic issues, and it just made me feel worse. I know that's not the company's fault but it's something to make note of. It is very clinical feeling. As many have noted, the wheels do not move well across carpet. However, I'm not sure they'd move well across hardwood floors either because the entire system is very janky. It is wobbling as I am typing, and yes I put it together right - I am a very handy person who constantly buys and assembles this type of furniture. Maybe it is because I have a king sized bed and so it has to be stretched to its capacity, but even if I had wooden floors I think it would be difficult to slide this because it's so long that you can only move one side at a time, even if you are sitting in the center and pushing on the center. There were no pre drilled holes for setting up the keyboard which made lining it up and getting it straight was difficult and took more time than otherwise necessary for assembly. The holes for the keyboard track to screw into were not properly spaced and so again, the keyboard tray is janky meaning it pulls out at an angle, one side moves more fluidly than the other, and it wobbles. One side of the fake wood split when I screwed in the screw they told me to, in a pre-drilled hole they provided. Overall, poor quality and didn't work for me. Might work for you if you, your bed, and your bedroom have all the perfect conditions for it's measurements, capabilities, and structure. ... show more

I think if I can get the correct size that this will work well for me. I’m using it from an arm chair and with two big auxiliary computer screens. Plenty of adjustability. After getting the correct one, it works great foamy use. I would say however that the casters are small and cheaply made and may no hold up. The tray under the table for your keyboard is pretty rickety and the sliders probably won’t last long. The instructions for installing them were really obscure, just drawings that weren’t really accurate, and no holes drilled into tray part to secure it to the sliders. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE for Dec 23,2021! [I have a carpet in the bedroom and the wheels are too small and don't support the table very well.. its kind of a hassle pulling the table up and down the bed. Honestly we just keep it at the end of the ned since it's basically impossible to roll, going to replace the wheels with a heavier duty soon!] Good for the price. Would buy again. I was worried because the description said it extends up to 74" long. I have a king bed that's 77" wide I thought it was going to be 3 inches too short. I put it together anyways, to my surprise, it can extend up to 80" long without in bending in the middle. Supper happy it fit our king bed!! The back board trim doesn't screw into the actual table. But it'll work for what I'm going to use it for. For now just as an table because me and my husband like to eat in bed. It extends up to 34" tall plenty of leg space! In the future I will place a monitor and have my computer in the side. I have iron cup holders that I'm thinking about screwing in on the sides! Super excited! ... show more

The wheels lock up ALL. THE. TIME ! Otherwise it would be very useful for me to be able to use my keyboard in front of my easy chair for internet communication and work. The wheels can be replaced easily, but the seller does not list the screw size, and doesn't answer the question or provide their email to be able to ask them. As a result, I ordered the wrong size, and am trying to get an answer from someone here. Will update if I get the information. ... show more

The 1st one was never sent (Amazon/shipping carrier fault), missing one adjustable knob/screw. However it wasn’t crucial that I absolutely have to have it. The desk drawer works but I always fear it will be a matter of time it will break. Maybe I feel this way from seeing other reviews and seeing the little screws while putting it together. I can see where the instruction manual is hard to read for someone that doesn’t have somewhat of a history of assembling furniture. The small wheels do turn alot and causes friction with a smooth glide across the floor. To add they are small. I have hardwoods. This can be a problem for someone that is disabled and relies on it. I usually go behind the desk at foot of bed and move it from the center so it moves evenly on both sides. I have a memory foam mattress and use a generic frame for a bed without head/foot boards. There is no room to put my legs under it. I sit Indian style on the bed and some period of time have back pains and leg cramps. For the money it is a good offset for my needs and I would not return it; however. Just honest opinion to consider as the manufacturer and consumers looking to purchase. ... show more
