Very well made product and works just fine. Assembly was quick and easy. Not so thrilled with the flavor samples that came with the machine. Unless you use a lot of the product, the drink tastes very weak. You would be better off buying other flavor mixes or making your own. I have not had a chance to see how long the carbonated water will keep in the fridge. The cylinder exchange program is very nice as well although it's a little costly to refill the cylinders. Still, a very clever and useful product. Some people note that you can save money by buying commercial bottled drinks on sale. I love the sodastream art , no electrical cords and it’s so easy to use. Apparently the Pepsi brand syrups are the same as a bottled Pepsi from the store. Taste great. I mostly drink Perrier mineral water , but at $21.48 for 24 bottles it’s expensive for water. So I bought a sodastream to mostly make sparkling water from my refrigerator door filtered water. It taste great and I’m pretty sure in the long run it’s saving me money. With the .5 litter bottles filled with water and stored in the refrigerator (which I use mostly) when I get a craving for sugar free soda, sparkling water, or sugar free flavored sparkling water, within a couple minutes or seconds it’s made. I don’t drink from the bottles I pour it into a cup so I keep the bottles clean, when empty I simply rinse the bottle with warm water, refill and store in the refrigerator. Tip- use cold water and store your flavors in the fridge. Don’t add room temperature flavors to your cold sparkling water you just made it can cause the cold sparkling water to suddenly bubble up and overflow and make a mess on the countertop. ... show more

This style is so cute and perfect. Everything is plastic so you have to be careful how you handle using it but all in all it's a great machine. I chose the Bubly grapefruit flavor, I love it paired with rasberry lemon flavor crystal light. The fizz stays overnight in the fridge pretty well.!!!Cold water from the fridge!!! It works so much better than tap water cold. It is a little noisy, but come on! Really?! That's expected. You do not have to plug it in, it's not an electrical appliance. The red is a bright red and the size fits perfectly on my counter. I ordered the Xtreme everything haven't recieved it yet, some say it tastes similar to & better than redbul. Like how this fits nicely on our kitchen counter. Doesn’t take up too much space and is super easy to use. Great carbonation and fizz. You do need to make sure the bottle is fully on to prevent leakage hence the 4 stars vs 5.

I have been a seltzer drinker for years and years at this point, and was never very fond of all the waste (bottles, cans, packaging). I don't know what took me so long to purchase a SodaStream but I now wish I had done it much sooner. I can't say that I'm saving money. I bought as a gift to my boyfriend who loves soda water. He absolutely loves it! Very customizable (little or alot of fizz), flavoured are nice, easy to use, requires no electricity (big plus!!). Looks esthetically nice as well.

I setup and started using the sodaStream in less than 5 minutes. I just changed the cartridge and it took less than a minute. The cartridge lasted just under two months. I usually use the sodaStream three times a day and press the lever three times. As for the flavors, they're okay. Just don't expect them to taste the same as the brand name sodas. One thing that I've been doing is using water enhancing drops like orange Crush. Believe it or not, it tastes just like the soda that you buy in the store! At least that's what my tastebuds are telling me. As for the carbonation in the soda, it lasts pretty long as long as you put the cap back on after you take a sip. ... show more
