Having a newborn definitely isn't easy, but the Snoo makes our lives so much easier! I wasn't sure if it would work, and it did take some getting used to for everyone, but our two month old is sleeping the ENTIRE night almost everyday! We usually put baby down when completely asleep and even if he wakes up, the Snoo does it's job and quickly rocks him back to sleep. Our first child was a terrible sleeper, but I couldn't justify the cost of a Snoo. If you consider how often you use it a day and the cost per use, it really is a great value. what a genius invented this bed! our baby likes to be swaddled and the swaddle created by the Snoo team is wonderful. sometimes at night after putting him down, he wakes up so we turn on the rocking and he falls asleep within 5 minutes. Highly recommended! Parents :)

Purchased this item for my sister 1 year ago and she is beyond happy. Her and her husband said that it guarantees an extra hour of sleep and puts their baby to sleep right away. The first couple of days took the baby getting use to it and they did not want to sleep on it but after being consistent the baby would fall right to sleep. The product is expensive than most average bassinets but definitely worth every penny especially if you plan to have multiple children. ... show more

    • Bad for Twins, Don't Buy Early
The Snoo is expensive, and Snoo for twins is doubly expensive. However, I bit the bullet in the hopes of better sleep. If you are thinking of doing the same, you should know that Snoo does not work with twins on Android. You need two seperate devices, which even if you have two phones for some reason, it is such a pain to figure out who is crying, find the right device, and then soothe them. By then, they have already gotten really awake. And for all of you who (like me) will be doing nights alone, good luck! You can only use the app for one baby. Further, the app kept disconnecting. The support was awful. Every time I asked for help, I got a list of 8+ steps I needed to do before they would help me. These were complicated steps like taking a photo of the code on the bottom of the snoo, getting a video of the problem, and showing my online receipt. Then, the video length they want is too long to send in an email, but they won't help you unless you complete all of these steps. What new parent, especially with twins, has time to do all that? Finally, DO NOT BUY EARLY even for a sale. We had our twins several months after we bought our Snoo, because it was on sale then and because we were worried we would have premies. The support will only help you for exactly 6 months from your purchase, which for us was only after a few weeks of use. SO FRUSTRATING! ... show more

After a month of sleepless nights with a newborn, we caved and bought the SNOO at 12:28 AM and it is hands-own the best middle-of-the-night purchase I've EVER made. We were starting with a baby that woke every 2-3 hours and was IMPOSSIBLE to get back to sleep after feedings. The first night with the SNOO our little man slept 5.5 hours, woke for a feeding (went RIGHT back to sleep) and then slept 5 MORE HOURS. We felt like new people! And it wasn't beginners luck! The next night, he slept 4 hours, woke for feeding, then slept for another 5 hours. By the third night, his longest stretch of sleep was 7 HOURS! We continued on like this (waking once for feeding) for a month and a half until last night.. ..our sweet baby slept for 10 HOURS! The whole night - all thanks to the SNOO. This is 100% a necessary purchase for those having a baby! I know it's expensive but it is SO WORTH THE MONEY. Sleep is priceless and if you're looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST BABY SHOWER GIFT ON THE PLANET, buy this. Run, don't walk. And if you're having a baby or trying for a baby, save up, do what you gotta do, and look for when it goes on sale because honestly, this bassinet is more necessary than pacifiers, diapers bags, and basically every baby item besides diapers tbh. ... show more

    • Wasn't so sure at first....
UPDATE 2: changing to 5 stars. Now using this product with our second baby. It has performed perfectly. She was sleeping through the night at 7 weeks and I can't tell you how many times the Snoo has soothed her to sleep when we couldn't. It's amazing and I'm so glad we purchased. HOT TIP: use the Amazon baby registry completion discount to purchase! UPDATE 1: changing to 4 stars from 3. Even though we had technical difficulties, we do love this product and it brings so much comfort to our little one. I only wish customer service was available weekends. When our power cord went out on Friday night of a 3 day weekend, I wanted to sob. But they made it right and all's well that ends well. We're at the weaning stage now. OP: We love the Snoo. Unfortunately, it has broken twice already. The first time was a problem with the wifi, then the bed just wouldn't turn on. The company replaced the whole unit but we lost precious nights in a very expensive bassinet and it was a hassle.     • Didn’t work for 4-5 week old
The idea is great, but it didn’t make a difference for us. The only day baby slept longer than 4 hours was the day we didn’t turn the SNOO on. She started sleeping 6-8 hours in her crib after we returned SNOO. A week later she started sleeping 9-10 hours in her crib. The only thing SNOO did was keep baby calm for 10-15 minutes until she fell asleep. I do wish all bassinets tied a newborn baby to the bed like this one does. ... show more
