In the end it came down to customer service. I’d been reading the Snoo service was terrible, so I went with this bassinet based on reviews and the fact I could return it without paying crazy fees and dealing with a big hassle. I’m definitely NOT returning this. Love the adjustable height. I have it up to the max height for my husband and although the manual says not to, I have it clicked one setting lower on one side for my baby that has reflux. The rocking is gentle but effective. My 7 week old has been using this since 4 weeks and he sleeps almost 12 hours. I have to wake him up to eat and change diapers. He’s really comfortable. I put him in drowsy but not asleep and use the rocking function for about 5 minutes until he’s asleep and then turn it off. I ordered the vavasoo mattress cover and sheets. The cover isn’t necessary because the mattress is waterproof but it does add some comfort/padding and fits like a glove. The sheets are essential and fit perfectly. We swaddle him with a muslin blanket or Velcro swaddle inside and he seems to love that. I also like that you can have it as a standalone bassinet or strap it to the bed. The wheels make it easy to move room to room if needed. I spilled a little liquid vitamin on the side and it wiped up nicely considering how bad that stuff stains. Yes, the music sucks as other reviews state. We have our own sound machine anyway. The only button I push on the remote is rock and power to turn it off. This bassinet was a great, random find. I’m so glad I didn’t get a Snoo - this has every feature I wanted and more, looks great, is sturdy and I feel comfortable knowing if I have a problem I can contact the mfr or Amazon easily. Honestly I have not used my crib since I had my baby. This bassinet is easy to roll around the house and my baby sleeps so well in it. It’s a little pricier but I think it’s worth it. The size is perfect for near your bed and the sleep pad is pretty comfortable and not too thick where it’s a sleep hazard. The swinging motion is also great not too fast or not too slow. The music can be on or off which I really like it also has a white noise if you wanted that instead of the nursery jingles. The little storage at the bottom is something I use a lot. I have a newborn so I did add my own mobile because the one it comes with my baby isn’t interested in yet because she sees in black and white but I’m sure she will like it as she gets older. ... show more

Sturdy, heavy duty, many capabilities as in it swings and has good music for my baby to listen to. Overall, good bassinet ! At first it took my baby a few days to adjust and then afterwards she likes it a lot for both rhythmic move and good sound. After researching multiple cribs, I liked the fact that this one was rocking and had white noise and songs built in as a feature. Since it is twice the price of most cribs, I naively thought that it would mean I’m making a right decision. I WAS SO WRONG. Literally the very first thing you need to assemble are wheels. WHEELS DO NOT HOLD. However, I assumed that once I assemble the entire crib, it will be heavy enough so wheels will stay in place. (No. As I finished assembling the crib and started moving it, one of the wheels fell off. This fact alone for me is enough to return the crib). I’m surprised no one else is saying this in their reviews. There are a few more things I would to share. There was one review saying that once you turn on the crib on to rock, music starts to play. It is true. After you turn the crib off, it always turns on with the same melody that is pretty active. First you have 3 songs, only after that you get 3 what I suppose should be white noise. THERE IS NO WHITE NOISE! It is (1) music with bird singing, (2) bird singing, (3) white noise with bird singing. Another thing I didn’t like is that a mattress is very thin and bottom surface is hard. You need to buy another mattress. I am definitely returning it. Very disappointed . ... show more

Good price for an auto rocking bassinet! The side that comes down for “easy access” is hard to open and I definitely don’t recommend using it when you’re sleep deprived!! I have had this now for 2 months and the baby is sleeping well. Wish it was a little longer !

UPDATE- The seller reached out to me and offered a full refund, not only that they shipped a new motor to me in 2 days which works perfectly and the jerky movement is gone!!! Just in time for my baby. I am so so happy with the customer service FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was very excited about this product when I ordered it but unfortunately severely disappointed After the set up when we turned it on the rocking movement is jerky and not smooth at all This beats the whole purpose of comforting a new born. The only reason I am not returning it is because I discarded the box and I don’t want the hassle of disassembling the product ... show more
