The media could not be loaded. My front 1000 watt electric motor seems to have a lot more power than my back motor does. Hard to control when your front tire spins and your back one doesn't. Went for a nice trip last weekend pulling a trailer with my dog in it had a hard time going uphill, I had to definitely help pedal. It really drained the juice quick. The company is great to work with it came damaged in the mail and they replaced the damaged part without any hesitation. I did break the key off in it while pedaling around the corner. Bad placement for a key should be turned sideways or a different angle so your knee doesn't break it off. Anything else I've noticed is in the video ... show more

Good bike. Had problems with the Battery from the beginning. SMLRO customer service has been working hard on getting problem resolved. They have a quick response within a day or so. Bike is oversized so be aware. I'm 5'6" and have hard time reaching the ground when seated. Overall bike is well made. Hope this helps ... show more

'm very impressed with the quality and build of this bike. It has excellent power response with either pedal assist or throttle only. The bike was delivered on time and well packed. All the parts, fenders, rear rack, as well as tools, were included. It was easy to assemble and only took us 30 mins to assemble straight from the box withall tools provided. The seller sent usan instructional video and it helped a lot. The 1000w dual motors provide a lot of torque and goes much faster than I expected. I needed a bike that could handle steep hills and was efficient enough when pedaling. The ride was great, lots ofpower and speed under pedal assist and direct drive and all controls can be easily changed while riding. The battery seems to have good range so far. The front headlight was super bright and handy. Brakes work great too. The seller response was fast and courteous and they answered all my questions quickly. Overall it’s a great bike and I've already recommended it to my friends! ... show more

The bike is 35mph as advertisement. It is really amazing. What is the meaning of 35 mph? By law, the auto vehicle in city road speed limit is 35mph also. In many cities especially small town, it works similar as a car in speed. For me, I can even use this to carry my folding furniture last time. Its motor is really perfect and can carry heavy staffs. In addition, such an e-bike has advantages a car does not have. For example, as a student who also have a car to travel from home to the building you need to go, at least for me, If you drive your car, you probably would face 3 situations: 1.the parking lot you need to pay. the better the location of parking lot, the higher the fee 2.for many school, parking lot in best location reserved to professors or staff only 3.for cheaper parking lots on campus, perhaps you need to travel with bus for 2 steps to the building you need. But with such bike, no worry of this. Besides, I have no chance to let the police give me ticket for an e-bike. I no need to pay car insurance if I choose this bike. Electricity also means, no worry about the petroleum evaporates on its own. Just like electric cars, electricity is a better resource than petroleum and gas for the environment. It is a new choice in USA, but in Asia e-bikes are very common. The feeling of driving e-bike and enjoy the breeze is different from the feeling of sitting in a car. YOU DERSEVE to try it. Last but not least, The seller is very suggestive. When you have concerns, he is really helpful and glad to answer you. They have a good team and factory, he can even let an engineer to give you an answer. The choice of e-bike in USA is still limited, not as many as in Asia. But this brand, at least they have more choice in color rather than black/white. It really feel better to see blue, yellow, green or even purple color of ebike here. I'm 73 and bought the 2000w version in yellow. It's a beast, but really a great ride. Put a Cloud 9 seat on and comfort/springs made for the best ride everywhere. Got stuck in the rain, and rode faster than traffic to get out of ythe downpour. Use for recreation and exercise. It is a wonderful bike.
