Nice and sturdy when done but instructions, parts and assembly methods are not the best. They spared no expense on the printed color instructions but they focused on the wrong things! The yellow generic plastic climbing pegs don't mesh with the bars on the dome and don't seat very well when fastened. Took me most of an afternoon to assemble. Easily the worst directions for building I’ve ever seen. We got this for our kids as a Christmas gift and spent the better part of Christmas morning putting it together. We got the version with the hammock/support and that piece wasn’t even mentioned in the directions. We had to look at photos to figure it out and then pull apart some of what we had already assembled to properly attach it. Aside from the horrible directions, the quality seems great. It’s been up since Christmas Day and we’ve had no concerns. We’ve moved it around the yard a couple times when doing different things and have had no issues. Our kids play on it regularly and that alone is worth the headache putting it together caused. ... show more

The idea is great but the instructions are horrible. Pictures only. Didn't really show you which way the bolts were supposed to go as they change from the facing in to facing out for the climbing handles. But the handles are the last step so after it was all together we had to undo it and put it together again. Also count your pieces as we were missing a short bar and the structural integrity isn't there without all the bars. I am writing the seller for the additional bar so hopefully once it's in it'll be safe ... show more

He was climbing all over my dogwood tree, and I had enough. This solved the problem. Took me about 3 hours to assemble. Probably could have cut that in half if my assistant wasn't a 6 year old boy with undiagnosed ADHD. I thought the instructions were very clear, and all the parts were nicely labeled and easy to organize. Sturdy enough not buckle under the weight of a 230 lb man. And my wife and I are both looking forward to taking a nap on the hammock once the weather gets warmer. ... show more

I am disappointed it’s broken after only 5 days, I have reached out to the seller and hopefully they will send a replacement hammock. My 3 1/2 yr old grand daughter fell through. It must have been faulty to begin with.
