EDIT: 4 year update -- I initially purchased this product in 2016! Holy moly. Can I say this product is still incredibly durable and 100% intact. All connectors are still going strong and no tubing has cracked. Overall, an amazing purchase. Would rate it 6 stars if I could. ORIGINAL post: This bidet was a great purchase for cleaner nether regions. I was a little hesitant at first, not being experienced in plumbing whatsoever, but the installation was relatively pain-free. Except for some spillage of water, the installation was smooth and probably took 1 to 1.5 hours. The only thing that surprised me was the length of the power cord. It JUST managed to reach my outlet with some creative maneuvering but ideally just 6 more inches would have been perfect. The actual bidet usage is great. It has a seat warmer capability and water warmer capability. It has 3 water washing options (which I still have not found a difference) and 1 blow drying option. It takes a few tries to position yourself for an optimal stream but once you learn the trick, positioning is no big deal. You have to be seated in order to be able to operate any of the buttons, a nice safety feature if you have guests or kids that like to press buttons while looking directly at the bidet. The blow dryer is strong but I'm still a little hesitant to use it. If creates a pretty strong wind and after using the restroom, I am afraid that the fan could be circulating unwanted particles around the air. That's just my opinion. Anyways, if you think you need a little help washing or just want to up your bathroom game, this is a fantastic purchase. I have had no issues with cleaning myself, or cleaning the bidet. I use normal bathroom cleaner without bleach and it does the trick. I have had no cold water spraying, no heating issues, or jet stream water to date. The two things that really sealed the deal is the water warmer (DOES NOT require warm water port, just AC outlet) and seat heater. As a side note, my wife loves this purchase. Whenever we go back to visit her parents, she will always mention that she misses having the bidet at home out of all the things that there might be to complain about. ... show more

Just purchased a new one as the new house has different toilets. Lived in Japan for 3 years, heated seats, bidets, and dryers should be the global standard. It drastically reduces the impact on a septic system and reduces plumbing clogs. This one is amazing. It's by far my favorite model. No remotes to lose or need batteries for, has all the functions you need with none of the functions you don't. They are very easy to install for anyone even moderately handy and come complete with all the hardware required for install. When installed correctly they hold up well. Only problem is you quickly become spoiled and if you find yourself in a place without a heated seat and wash you'll wonder how the savages live like that. ... show more

We are super happy with this purchase; I just can't believe we waited so long to get one! Its well-made, easy to use and everything from the seat heater to the water temp and pressure is adjustable. You will be squeaky clean, and toilet paper use will decrease to almost nil. It was also very easy to install; just make sure you read the directions (which I hate...) because you must install the included base adapter first in order to attach it to the toilet existing holes. If you don't, like me, you'll initially think it doesn't fit. We had only on issue with the install because we had to adapt the supply fitting from the toilet shut-off valve, to the tank with the provided adapter; which fit perfectly. However, unlike the rest of the provided fittings, our adapter did not include an o-ring. Fortunately, we had some Plumber's Teflon tape on hand and that was easily resolved. Beyond that, installation was a breeze. The only other issue is power, since most bathrooms don't typically have outlets close to the toilet. We resolved that using a white extension cord that easily hid along the baseboard. The only other recommendations we have to make this 5-star perfect is to back light the control panel so it could be easily read at night in the dark and lastly, make the side control panel extendable to accommodate those who might have a slightly larger berth. ... show more
