We had stayed at a friend’s house who had bidets in each of their bathrooms. We fell in love with the convenience and clean feeling after using them. Who wouldn’t want to have their backside washed after a nature call followed by a warm gentle air dry? I started doing research on the endless different types and brands. I settled on this brand because the ratings were favorable, decent price, we liked the look of it and the many yet simple functions. One feature we wanted was the user 1 and user 2 settings. Two people can program the remote for their individual needs. We were so pleased with the first bidet we ordered another for the second bathroom. We’ve had both for about one year and are very pleased with the function and they haven’t given us any issues. One of the bidet arrived with an odd fitting for the water hook up. I assume the valve may have been for an European model. I contacted customer service and they were outstanding. They immediately sent me the part I needed which arrived in lightening time considering it came from overseas. Customer service continued to follow up and ensured that I was satisfied. Between how well the bidet performs coupled with the outstanding customer service they earned a five-star rating, in my opinion. ... show more

just installed yesterday. so far the toilet is very nice. we love the features on it. a few things i don't like. you need to have very skinny arms to put the wings nuts on the closet bolts they have to be done from the back. my wife was the only one that could get her arms behind it. also it has 2 water lines for the toilet one is a 1/2 line the other is a 3/4 line and it is not easy to move around. my water line came out the wall at the edge of the toilet with no way to turn the new valve to hook water to it. i had to move the water line about 6in over. the valve that is included did not fit what i had. when i moved the line i found a shark bite that worked which made that part easy. the plug comes out the right side of the toilet if you are looking at it so keep that in mind when installing a outlet. other than that if you are not handy it might be a little hard to install. ... show more

Installation was problematic because the included t valve isn't made for the US. I used pipe dope to seal it and it worked. Be prepared to adapt your supply line. Not difficult just not standard as this toilet has different requirements. We have very good water pressure which translates to strong flushing. There's no water tank. It's a combination swirl and cyphon flush that works really good, but uses very little water. However, because it uses your full water pressure and turns it off abruptly a water arrestor is a good idea. The toilet functions as advertised and meets or exceeds expectations. We decided on this version because of the tap to open instead of auto open because we have a young child. It works but annoying to double tap or long tap to pee which I do the most. In the middle of the night it's more than a want to do but I'm getting used to it. The fan could be stronger. Although I'm critical on a few areas this is still a 5 star review. Definitely a game changer and well worth the money spent. ... show more

I contacted manufacturer and they respond fast as they can, and they sent me a new remote and guided me to how to pair. The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd bidet which was installed in our master bath during renovation: Here's what attracted me to the toilet: - Has a USB port for plugging in a USB-C power bank when the power is off (tested and works) - Automatic open/close cover & seat - Auto-disinfecting light and seat - Metal-constructed sprayer & self-cleaning - Heated water & seat controls - Appears to be solid build - Has mostly everything needed These are the features I didn't like: - Manual and instructions can be improved - The kick sensor fails to detect foot movement (sometimes, this takes 4-5 attempts to get the seats to go up or to flush) - The flushing could be improved (my other Bidet made by Eplo allows me to have a half-flush for #1 vs a full-flush for #2. This feature is awesome because one can control the water dispersion based on usage. - The motor to automatically open/close the seats/cover emits a high-pitched noise that is rather annoying. If your partner is a light sleeper, this might be an issue. - Finally, the photos on the product page of the remote are not the same as what's included (I didn't notice this until after the bidet had been installed and past over the 30-day mark). The remote it included appears to be a touchpad. Recommendation If you want to experience bidet, then this would do just fine. I'm still mixed about whether to recommend this or not - once I actually use it more then I'd know. I love my Eplo bidet and really wish to say the same with this one right away. ... show more

    • A Good Modern Smart Bidet Toilet

Read good reviews about this Toilet and hence bought. Been about a month since installation. Installation was a bit of a challenge (per the installer). The tube for the water connection was a different size than the outlet we had. Had to buy an adaptor to make this fit. The flanges was a little more difficult to reach (perhaps due to the limited space we had in the toilet area). Once installed, the toilet has been working very well and according to the specifications described (no complaints at all). The look is sleek and quite classy. The only thing about the remote, is that its quite bulky. Could have been more sleek. All said...good product. ... show more
