Easy to install, comes with a back plate, looks modern. The software can be a bit confusing when setting up schedules. Works good with my Alexa environment and changes with voice commands. Sometimes hard to see the numbers due to the mirrored screen. Very detailed instructions to install on multiple systems. Should Install in correct order. Simply put… Must have 4 wires. Like most devices made today, thermostat will need online update to continue setup. Setup info is not in the manual provided.

The app required for thermostat operation proved impossible to get fully functional. The feedback during app installation was written in a script that I assume is Chinese. The app would not allow me to go further than trying to identify myself. Because we had already physically installed the two thermostats in our house, we spent way too long trying to find a workaround for the balky App. Two different IPhones, two people independently failing to get past identifying themselves in the app, and both getting return messages in Chinese script. ... show more
