This scooter is well-made and easy to handle. You can control it through mobile app or button on the scooter itself. I can easily lift the scooter and fold it within 5 seconds. Overall, it works well and is fast. The battery performance is great. Bottom line - this is my 4th scooter and the best yet. It is beautiful, safe and easy to ride. Seems like a really nice scooter. Unfortunately, we were sent one that already had wear/tear and 78 lifetime miles on it. We put in for a replacement, which is annoying and a waste of our time. Shame on y'all for the deception. I'll update my review if I received a brand new one. Even then, I'm not too sure about this seller. ***UPDATE*** I completely missed that it has a blown tire, too, that can't be pumped. So disappointed. ... show more

So far so good. I’ve had it for about a month now and it is great. Pros: - Lightweight but well built. Folds to a compact size and can fit easily in the trunk of my Honda Civic or on the floorboards in front of my back seat. - Smooth ride due to pneumatic/air-filled tires (front and rear). When it comes to strollers, wagons, wheelbarrows and scooters, air-filled tires are a must. I’ve found that a smooth ride depends mostly on the tires as opposed to any kind of suspension gimmicks. - Ground clearance is good. I can travel up and down curbs without fear of bottoming out. - App isn’t necessary. I’ve begun to hate having to download an app for just about everything these days, and most of them are worthless and just serve as a way for the company to mine customer data. I wanted a scooter that operated fully without an app. This scooter has met that need. I haven’t even downloaded the app and can still operate it. Cons: - Headlight isn’t very bright and doesn’t shine very far. The lens diffuses the light beam in a very strange pattern (see photo). ... show more

Lots of great features such as headlight, Bluetooth lock, high speed (15 mph), folds flat and more! The scooter was very easy to connect with the app and easy to assemble. At around $10/ride for scooter rides with the apps, I have already paid for this scooter in 1.5 months. If you’re in the market and reading this, just throw it in your cart already.
