The media could not be loaded. We bought this box back in December to setup in our new house once we moved in.. we moved in end of January and set it up. It worked good for the 1st few months. Scooped 20 min after the cat came out of the box. The bags were awesome. Cleaned it every week how the isntrucation manual said to. Did everything the right way. According to the manufacturer. A few weeks ago it stopped automatically raking after the cat went potty. I went through all of the trouble shooting steps, even dusting off the sensors.. still couldn't get it to come on. For the last few weeks I've resorted to just manually turning it on and off so it would scoop the waste. A few days ago it randomly just stopped working at all. Can't even get it to come back on. I have tried everything the troubleshooting steps have recommended. To no avail. For spending almost $300 on this setup, I'm beyond aggravated. I'm not sure what went wrong, but this product is not it. There's no way to reach out to the seller/manufacturer to get any information whatsoever. All around a bad experience and I've just got to eat the $300 we spent on a non working automatic litter box. What really stinks is I did the research. For weeks on end I researched all different kinds of automatic litter boxes. This seemed like the middle ground(not having to fork out $600+) even the reviews at the time were really good on this machine. If I had to let anyone know, I would recommend you look the other way and not buy this machine. After re looking at the reviews, it looks like it works for a few months fine for most, then randomly quits. And Noone can get ahold of the manufacturer to get guidance. Really frustrated and bummed we spentso much $ just to have to scoop everything out manually. It's just a huge eyesore now, and absolutely useless. Buyer beware.     • My cats won’t use any other now
We just got a house and puppies, and my cats have been not happy with the litter boxes I had downstairs, two of them one which is an automatic which I’ve had for four years. Sometimes it just gets clogged up the other one you have to manually do. Moving disabled has been working long hours. Things don’t get clean very well so accident started happening upstairs. Got this. Head upstairs that way I can make sure all the cat saw it and knew what it was. Started moving it away from where I had an accident started happening in. My husband said just leave it in the dining room. It’s fine. People complain about noise, isn’t a Head upstairs that way I can make sure all the cat saw it and knew what it was. It’s gonna make a little bit noise I’m a heavier sleeper or if I know what noises are gonna happen throughout the night I sleeps right through them. My husband sleeps in the living room, which is next to the dining room 100+ your house noises move. He sleeps through it. My daughter will take naps. Also it does not disturb any of our sleep. If you were a super light sleeper, it might disturb your sleep, but I feel like that’s a risk that anyone should take because this is an amazing litter box. Only downside is the size of the container. I have three cats so I have to clean it out every 2 to 3 days pending if my one cat gets to go outside or not during the day since it’s warming up. I had a litter box is now discontinued that I was able to put it on the ledge and have everything just go off into a trashcan and you can’t find the type anymore so that’s why I decided on this one, pending on if we get a fence up and the rest of the cats can go outside, I might try to move it downstairs. But I’m also interested in training my puppies into using it eventually, only downside is if there’s any cat poop left in it, they will try to eat it, but I could totally see a smaller 15 pound or less dog using it if you want to train your dogs to use it. I’m using speech recognition while cleaning up my disaster of a house because puppies, so sorry if anything is crazy gibberish, but would definitely recommend and I’ve already recommended this to a customer of mine that said his mom had a billion cats ... show more

Never written an Amazon review before. Guess I've been fortunate enough to never have to write one. But after my experience with this product, I feel compelled to warn folks to not be suckered into buying this automatic litter box. Automatic litter boxes are expensive. And there seems to be a dime a dozen out there. I thought I did my research. This one had plentiful of favorable scores. Even positive reviews. And it was middle of the road price wise. I thought I was getting one that would last a good while; however, I have had mine for about four months, and I want to move on to something else. My product is faulty and defective. No amount of cleaning and troubleshooting seems to fix it. The main problem is the motion sensor that detects the cat stays on perpetually meaning it never 'kicks' on to rack out the poop. After consulting the 'troubleshooting' section of the manual and lightly dusting the sensor as instructed, it still does not operate, forcing me to manually restart the product to get it to rack. Lesson: Go for a weight sensor for your automatic litter box as opposed to a motion sensor. I should have known this product was going to be faulty. Plenty of red flags that I now know in retrospect. Namely the lack of internet presence for the manufacturer (i.e. no demo videos, no installation videos etc. like other automatic litter boxes have) and the instruction manual is basic and minimalist. I have no faith in this manufacturer. Thankfully Amazon is refunding me, and I can move on to a different, better product. I'm 'biting the bullet' this time and spending money on a 'top of the line' product. I'd advise you do the same. Don't be fooled like I was. Steer clear of this product. There are better options out there. Do better research than I did my first time. Hopefully this review helps someone. ... show more
