We ordered the 21 cu. ft. upright freezer and it arrived in perfect condition and, over the first week, seems very well made and operates flawlessly. But as they say, the weakest link is often the deciding factor and in this case, it is the door handle. I read other reviewers saying the same thing. We've tried twice now to take the handle off, carefully follow the (simple and clear) instructions, but the handle design leaves it wobbly and feeling loose. This needs to be fixed. I'd steer clear of this model and manufacturer until they can get ALL of the little things right. ... show more

Works as fridge OR freezer as it had two modes and can be used outdoors or garage in winter if needed. Most freezers are not 'garage ready' or capable of that. Love the digital temp setting and reading.
