I bought an earlier version of this product several years ago and it works great. I recently bought a 2nd one for another car to carry in the trunk for emergencies. It works great like its older brother. The pump plugs into the 12v outlet, its cord is long enough to reach all 4 tires. It has a bright LED lamp that turns on when plugged in, no on/off switch. My units have a digital readout, you set the pump pressure, connect the pump to the tire nozzle, turn on the pump. If it runs more than 5 minutes, I stop it and let it rest for a couple minutes. Also, I live in an apartment and don't have a garage wall outlet for an inflator, making this a wonderful option.
