So I tried this on a whim because I had tried a different one from the same company. Only giving it 4 stars because I have no clue if actually works to burn fat etc. But that being said... 😁 1. I once massaged this in and wrapped myself in plastic wrap like my belly was a leftover. Within 10 minutes I was in the center circle of hell. Do not do that. I apply it twice a day and put a hook loop waist trainer on over it. The more clothing or blankets you apply the warmer it is. I like to use a heating pad. It DOES HELP WITH BLOATING/ WATER RETENTION. IT GETS THAT GONE FAST. I PUT IT ON AND WRAP MY STOMACH TIGHT BEFORE BED EVERY NIGHT. YOU CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE FOR SURE. IT WORKS BEST AFTER A SHOWER WHEN THE PORES ARE STILL OPEN. IM STILL CHUNKY AND HAVENT USED IT ENOUGH ON CELLULITE TO HAVE AN OPINION. IVE ORDERED This TWICE AND THE ICY CHILL ONE AS WELL. First of all, the bottle is a lot bigger than I thought. 2nd of all, what are you waiting for? I saw a difference in my stomach as soon as I got done with my exercise on my 1st time wearing it. No lie! I put it on and put a sweat belt over it, did a 30 minute workout then looked at my stomach in the mirror and noticed that my stomach was already flatter!!! I love it because it heats up while you're working out so you really feel the fat burn and then it makes you sweat a ton in the target area. It does something everyone. It heats up so if you put a sweat vest on you'd probably jump in the nearest cold water puddle so don't do it. Didn't take measurements so I think I will try again to see if inches lost really happened.
