I ordered this product to assist me in losing inches in my waist. Machine was promptly received and easy to assemble. After using for a couple weeks two of the laser pads had wiring problems. I called the Manufactuer and received replacement pads promptly. I had problems with a pad again and was told there had been a redesign and received a complete replacement set. I was a little hesitant to buy this due to the price. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a chance, and I am glad I did. I use it twice a week and have noticed amazing results.     • Manual and Web description Do not match
I bought this under my mothers account and I am her son. Most of the reviews are by women but some men like me have problem areas that do not go away, so I wanted to mention men are also looking for solutions to fat loss too. The manual does not make any claim that fat cells are destroyed, it constantly states the fat cells release fatty acids, similar to a fat burning gel, which is not a permanent removal of the actual cell and when I emailed them and asked them about this they did not respond. The ad on Amazon mentions : "The heat damages the membranes of the fat cells, so they start to die off. Your body then absorbs the dead cells. It takes time - about 8-12 weeks-to see the final results of the treatment. " which is misleading... they may rush and edit the ad so be warned. I must admit I did not take the product out of the box, and I did not use it. I thought it was too good to be true, then when I read the manual carefully , I realized the machine does not remove the actual fat cells, in other words they can regain fat and expand all over again. In other words too good to be true. After reading other reviews I decided not to even use it. I appreciate all the other reviews which helped me to make my decision and leave it in the box. Above all I was more depressed about the item not matching what they said on the internet rather than the money, people do really want something that works and are willing to spend the money. Hopefully this manufacturer improves their product to actually destroy the fat cells. I also think English may not be their first language and they might be leery on what to say. I have had this red laser lipo machine for about 14 months. I have focused on my abdominal area. I have definitely noticed a difference in how my clothes fit. It’s a great way to target reduction in specific body areas. My bf has also used it and it helped him go down a pant size (He also focused on the abdomen). It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I bought this to save time from going to a spa. I am very busy and I can use this laser Lips machine at home in the evenings. It is a huge timesaver. There are multiple light and time settings and it comes with different size bands to hold the lights in place.

I purchased this item in February 2023. I use this item very regularly and I find it very easy to use. If I follow the directions and do not eat an hour before or for two hours afterwards, I absolutely notice my tummy shrinking. Over the last eight weeks, I have noticed that three of the six pads have stopped working. I had no illusions I was still under any kind of warranty when I contacted the company but was pleasantly surprised that they are sending me six new pads free of charge!
