It is affordable, relatively easy to assemble and the color was accurate. That’s about the end of the positives for this sofa. It is easily the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever had by far. It’s barely suitable to sit on and unless you like sleeping on plywood level hard mattress, I cannot recommend it for sleeping. Beyond offering no real cushioned seating (despite having cushions), the back is way too low and offers no support for mid or upper back. About the only scenario i can think of where I’d recommend it is if you have an unwanted extended guest. Spend a couple hundred, have em sleep on this and they won’t last a week. I learned my lesson though…don’t go cheap on a couch you plan to use for actual seating or sleeping. In this case, you barely even get what you pay for. ... show more

I bought this couch for the pull-out function. I knew it wouldn't be the most comfortable since I was buying from Amazon and not from a furniture store. This couch has met all of my expectations and is not as uncomfortable as it could be. The couch was easy to assemble and is a great size for a small apartment. I think it would be great for a kid's room if you want something the kids could watch movies on and not break the bank. I love the pull-out function and the extra storage. I purchased this sleeper sofa on a budget for my new apt and it way exceeded my expectations. The assembly was relatively straightforward. I was able to put it together by myself in about 2 hours, though I imagine it's easier/ faster with 2 people. The quality is solid especially given the price point. The sofa is sturdy and comfortable and looks stylish. Also it can be easily converted into "sleeper" mode which is quite convenient. Only thing I would recommend is to get some throw pillows for better back support, as the cushions on the back side are not very thick. I owned the sofa for about 1 month now and really like it. The assemble was long and hard. The screws they give were not long enough to hold essential parts. The product was defective not allowing the screws to actually reach the threaded part. Seller is not responsive to contact and does not accept returns. I requested a return and refund but it said seller has to approve which they did not. My only option is to file a claim with amazon. When I tried to do so the link, it magically cannot access my order. I am stuck with a defective product that I can't return. Not worthy Do not waste your money. Spend the extra wouldn't say this was hard to assemble had I had long enough screws to hold essential parts. The product was defective not allowing the screws to actually reach the threaded part. I contacted the email on the instructions and no response. I requested a return and refund but it said seller has to approve which they did not. My only option is to file a claim with amazon. The couch is pretty good. It wasn't hard to build at all. Took about 1 hour with me and my fiance building it. It's not the comfiest couch the cushions really dont have much padding. For what we got it for which is just a cheap couch for a few weeks until our actual couch thats custom made is being shipped over seas is here its an alright couch. I havent watched any movies on it or sat for a long time yet but the ten minutes I did set like I said cushions weren't the most padded. The storage space in the couch tho is pretty cool and the pull out part of the couch is ok as well and I like that it gives u more room. Will keep thos until the new couch comes and then give this as a present to my uncle. ... show more

Expect to get two or three boxes! We didnt know this initially and almost returned it as one box came weeks apart from the second one. They really should tell you this. The agents on the phone dont even know this or tell you either. We were just about to ship it back and then another box arrived. Horrible advertisement information.
