So far so good had a little difficulty at first getting everything up and running for the first time, but once I had it all figured out it is amazing!!! I am using this with a new Macbook Pro 2016 W/ touchbar and retina display Running OS Sierra, and it works flawlessly as long as you get everything setup and installed correctly, I wanted this mixer because I was tired of buying other physical mixing units just to have them be completely obsolete within a year, and wanted instead something completely customizable and upgradable so I went with the Raven MTi2, So here is what I found out this unit comes with a DVI cable and USB cord needed to connect it to the Raven but you will need an HDMI adapter or something like the USB - C & USB 3.0 Universal Dock by Stronger, or a thunderbolt to HDMI adapter which is cheap here on amazon, I went with a docking station due to the work that I do and my own needs you may not need that, that being said I would recommend that you use the HDMI port because the included DVI cable requires an adapter to be used and HDMI plugs right in and is ready to go. I have since discovered that one you have registered and downloaded the software you will be able to not only open gesture controls and edit them for your own needs but you can also load preset profiles for activities such as surfing the web, yes folks you can absolutely use this unit to also surf the web with touch controls, overall no complaints, so far I am loving it, would recommend for Mac users for sure this will totally change the game for you it did for me! I will update this review in a few months, with the final verdict for this product. ... show more

I can't tell you this thing I have here never came on, well it's on but nothing shows in the screen,matter of fact the green light let you know it's on right now!...but it will not screen up.....

This thing is amazing! Very high quality build, excellent responsiveness from the touchscreen, and it opens up a whole new world of mixing experiences. Some people say “Can’t I just buy a touchscreen monitor and get the same experience?”. The answer is “absolutely not”. The big difference is the built-in software that sets it apart. The number of ways that it stands out above the competition would take me a week to write about here, but all of them have to do with the software that powers it, and how it integrates so perfectly with your recording software. The best feature is probably the “batch command system”, which allows you to assign up to 1,000 mixing tasks/commands to a single button! There are many great factory installed batch commands, but you can also record your own to save you TONS of time! It also allows for a crazy high level of customization. All of the touchscreen features and button layouts are fully customizable, allowing you to arrange it so that everything makes sense for your workflow. It does take a bit of time to set up, but Slate includes step-by-step instructions, and they have also created some walkthrough video guides on YouTube. It also takes a bit of learning, customizing, and getting used to, but in the short time I have had mine I can tell you that it is well worth it! ... show more
