They opted to use an on-line video to help them sort out the best way to set it up, but they did it quite quickly (within 20 minutes), and the kids immediately took to it and loved it. I wasn't sure how well it would work or how sturdy it would be. I am impressed with the simplicity and workmanship. I had it in place and ready to use in 20 minutes. It has plenty of adjustments to customize it for anyone. We have plenty of large pine trees on are property, so this product is just what we needed. And you cant beat the cost compared to a comparable wood or metal swing set. Plus it is very easy to take down and store for winter. I was looking for swings, etc for my grandkids to play on while visiting, but I did not want a permanent structure. This Swing Line fits the bill. Hung between 2 sturdy trees, it has had 3 kids climbing on it at once and holds up well. The swings easily adjust in height for the 4-13 year olds who use it. When 2 children swing at once, it works better if they are in sync rather than swinging at opposite directions, but the kids adjust to it.
