Top Amazon Reviews

  • Standard = 1 piece, Premium = 2 pieces
Size: 14 Foot Diameter Style Name: Quick-Install
A lot of people have posted reviews and are upset that it comes as one piece. From looking at all of them, there is a common thread. Those that buy the "Standard" pad get one that is a single piece. Those that buy the "Premium" get a pad that is two pieces/halves, velcro'ed together. (For the reviewer who called another one a liar, please see my attached photo of the pad installed on our trampoline. You can clearly see where it is partially un-velcro'ed... I circled it in green) So if you want two pieces (easier to install and more sturdy as well) pay a little extra to get the premium version. That's what we purchased and it was easy to install, didn't require removing the net, and fit perfectly on our Skywalker 14" trampoline. If you opt for the Standard, that's a great product too... just a little less sturdy and it's a single piece. So if you have a net, you'll have to take it down from the poles, slide the mat on & tie it down, then reattach your net. Hope this helps your decision... In my opinion, the Premium is worth the extra $5-10. ... show more

  • So far so good!! Still Good
Size: 14 Foot Diameter Style Name: Standard
So far I'm really happy with this pad. The bright color makes the whole setup look brand new, not three years old. I live in Tucson, Arizona and it gets HOT here, so I really like that the pad ties to the hooks for the net and also ties to the bar, preventing toes and fingers from making contact with the springs and hot bars. I think the thickness could be a little better, but it's fine for now. I'll have to update with the durability. The original net, mat, and pad have all been replaced in the last six months, they were all roughly three years old and worn from the heat and sun. The next purchase will be a ramp for the kids to get in and out of the trampoline on. ***May 2021 UPDATE*** I am now shopping for a new pad, but living in the desert heat it's no surprise. I can't believe it's been two years since I bought this, if you asked me I would have said 6-12mo. It is weather worn, but I'll buy it again since I've gotten a good amount of use out of it! ... show more

  • Does not fit a 15ft Trampoline
Size: 15 Foot Diameter Style Name: Quick-Install
I was really disappointed in this trampoline pad. The description states that it will fit a 15ft Trampoline, but it does not. We installed this on our 15ft Skywalker Trampoline. If you pull it really tight, you can get the velcro ends to attach, but as soon as the kids start jumping it comes apart. I put some velcro on an old outdoor cushion to try to extend the reach. The cushion is about 13 inches wide and it just barely filled the gap. I should have returned it, but honestly, once we were are out in the hot sun and went to the trouble to put in on, tie all the strings and figure out it's too small, we just wanted to be done with it. I also had hoped that maybe being out in the sun a few days it would stretch out and lay right, but it didn't. It looks kind of dumb too, with the big gap and then a cushion. I'd stay away from this one. ... show more

  • Needs Better Tie Downs
Size: 14 Foot Diameter Style Name: Quick-Install
Looks great. Easy to install. Seems durable (have only had it a month). ONE PROBLEM...we bought the one that came in two halves that velcro together and the velcro constantly comes detached. As in, sometimes it holds for a day, other days, it comes undone every 15 minutes just from the wind blowing at the right angle. SOLUTION...add a tie down to that end as well so if it comes unattached, the tie down can help hold it. Also...I understand the idea of elastic straps bc of the bouncing but they can't be knotted bc then they can't be undone for teardown for winter storage but always come untied and it's half blowing off the trampoline, but I haven't found a good solution for that problem...yet. ... show more

  • It fits and it looks good
Size: 15 Foot Diameter Style Name: Quick-Install
I purchased the size that matched the dimensions of my trampoline, and it fits perfectly. I bought the two-piece version that attaches to itself with velcro. This made installation a snap. I also think it will hold up better, as the velcro provides a "release" if the pad is stretched somehow. My original pad ripped where the kids climbed into the trampoline, but I expect this will not happen with this pad, because the velcro will detach before the pad rips. It does not accommodate the vertical poles (the original cover had notches cut out to fit around each pole). But that's what you get when you buy a generic replacement. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Worst pad/customer service ever
Size: 14 Foot Diameter Style Name: Quick-Install
This trampoline pad has been one of the worst Amazon purchases we have made to date. We bought it almost exactly one year ago and it looks awful. I tried contacting the seller months ago, and have had no response. I understand weather plays a role in the life of a pad, but most of the wearing occurred before winter and within 4 months of purchase. The pad is basically flaking everywhere, exposing the foam. The straps holding it to the frame have also broken in many spots. I would expect something that is supposed to be an outdoor product to last longer and am disappointed that we are going to have to purchase one again the year from a different company. ... show more

  • Terrible quality
Size: 15 Foot Diameter Style Name: Quick-Install
Mat Ripped at seam after minimal use as our children are grown and only occasional guest use. Ties ripped off as well. Terrible customer service. Initially I was told by their representative to make a replacement claim as there was a 1 year warranty. Made claim. Heard nothing. Reached out twice and was told my claim had been denied as warranty is only 6 months and my claim was made 7 months after purchase. Unacceptable for a defective product. ... show more

  • Fits Skywalker Just Fine
Size: 15 Foot Diameter Style Name: Standard
The 15’ fit our 15’ Skywalker. Ours was one piece, but taking out the poles and laying them (with the net) down on the trampoline enabled me to slide it over and then just put the piles back up... maybe other trampolines are different, but this was not rocket science, nor at all frustrating for me. It doesn’t have slits that go around the poles... not a big deal. I did think that it was going to be too wide as it’s about a foot and the area it needed to cover was not, but it worked out just fine, especially for something that was not made specifically for our trampoline. ... show more
