I got this 8 ‘ trampoline a week ago and I installed it myself. Very easy to follow the instruction and very sturdy. My grand kids love it and play every day with it. The original cover net had some problem and I contacted the customer service. They were very friendly and cooperative. They send me a new on in less than 5 days. I appreciate this company very much. The media could not be loaded. This trampoline was an excellent price and was fairly easy to put together. The directions were somewhat clear though I definitely could have used some written directions with the pictures. Seems sturdy, though with three little maniacs only time will tell.

Purchased this trampoline and I have two boys who use this day in and day out for all sorts of flips and tricks. (Ages 6 and 10), along with grandkids and step kids. So trampoline was getting heavy use. Unfortunately the springs lasted 2 months and then they began to stretch and break. At least 2-3 a day would break off. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately (always within 24 hours) and they are sending out a replacement. Despite the spring mishap, the trampoline is good quality for the money spent. Oh, and we use indoors. ... show more
