Bought 8 ft for my granddaughter who is 10. She gives it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Very easy to put together, directions are illustrated not written out, but pretty easy to follow. Took me 2 hrs by myself. I used a rubber mallet to tap the springs firmly in the holes. You need a strong arm to attach the springs. Seems sturdy enough, I feel safe jumping on it. I was nervous about this because it was so much less expensive than other trampolines on here. But it has exceeded my expectations! We got the 12ft, and it has PLENTY of room for my 7 year old to do all the flips and tricks her heart desires. My 2 y/o little girl and 3 y/o niece also jumped with the 7y/o all Christmas day with plenty of room, and there was even space for me to jump with them. If you have multiple older children then you will probably need a bigger size but the 12ft one is perfect for us right now. It took my husband and I about 2-1/2hrs to put it together, the hardest part is getting the circle part of the frame together, my husband really had to put some force into getting the final two bars together to finish the circle, but after that it was pretty smooth sailing. All pieces were accounted for, and we did not have to use any tools that were not included in the box. FIVE STARS, when we get ready to size up in a few years as the kids get bigger I will definitely be purchasing this same brand again. ... show more

I got this 8 ‘ trampoline a week ago and I installed it myself. Very easy to follow the instruction and very sturdy. My grand kids love it and play every day with it. The original cover net had some problem and I contacted the customer service. They were very friendly and cooperative. They send me a new on in less than 5 days. I appreciate this company very much.
