I add it to free&clear laundry detergent for a natural fragrance. It lightly scents laundry which was something I was definitely missing after switching to free&clear detergent. We also add it to wool dryer balls and then wrap the dryer ball in cotton scraps and secure with a hair tie. It sounds weird, but this is still an oil, and you don’t want oil stains on your clothes in the dryer. The cotton scraps are to prevent the laundry from making contact with the EO that’s on the dryer ball. I have found this is an effective way to get natural fragrance on my laundry and you can use almost any essential oil you like. I make my own skincare and beauty products and I feel confident about using this lavender EO for it’s intended beneficial uses, as I’ve been at this some time and know the difference between genuine lavender EO and something that’s only a “fragrance”. This is amazing! The dispenser works great! I use it for bath bomb making and for my hair. It works great for scenting my bath bombs and my hair always feels soft after using it. I put some in my hair and leave it in overnight, then in the morning rinse it out in the shower and it does wonders for my hair. ... show more

    • Smells like real lilacs BUT is kind of weak. Still LOVE it!!!
I have always loved lilacs but we moved and no longer have the bushes. I saw this and gave it a shot. It is WONDERFUL but it is a tad on the weak side. I do have to use 2 or 3x what I think I should in the diffuser to get the room filled with the scent. If I add it to the diffuser the same way and amount that I do other essential oils, I can smell it right as it diffuses but then it dissipates and the room never truly smells "full of it". ***My dropper was broken in half when I received the shipment. I didn't report it to Amazon because I did have another dropper from something else I could use. Bottom line...if you like lilacs, this is a GOOD oil for the price!! ... show more

This oil has about half the scent of other lavender oils I have used. I used more in my soap then I usually do and the scent is barely noticable.
