Its not dry as it says and supposed to be. Non-dry makes them heavy. So you don't get what you paying for. This make difference on taste and the purpose of the product you buying.

Tasty figs, better than I can buy locally. Figs are huge and soft and some sweeter than others and some with a slightly fermented taste which I thought was delicious. The bad thing about a big sack of figs is that I ate too many too fast, and now there gone and I need to order them again, which I have done several times. These figs are plump and moist and nearly irresistible. Sincerely Nuts offers reliably high-quality foods, and this may be their very best product. I also recommend their California apricots and oat bran sesame sticks. Good for Christmas giving!

I should had listen to my wife and the to the last buyer's comment According to my wife, these were the worse turkish figs she ever had! The taste was bitter, and dry or both! She rather pay a bit more from now on! At times the figs were though, and so dry inside that had to spit it out. At other times the bitter taste was so bad, it was worse than eating a lemon! And the texture, let me tell you about that!!!! It was flaky with white stuff all over or spots, some were ok but most weren't . My wife even got stomach ache from it , besides other symptoms! That's the way they come and if you want all light ones you'll pay twice the price or more and they'll taste the same.
