Baby was choking on paci and bottle nipples. Did a search for smallest nipple on paci. Found this one. It does have a slight odor, but I think this will go away with use and being out of packaging. It's old school-but works for our baby!

The item is made from quality silicone. Size is perfect for the little one when they have sensitive gag reflexes. Had trouble with all my other ones this one is the only one that worked. The rubber does has a terrible smell. Not even washing it did the trick. I like the idea of the pacifier having a shorter length nip but the smell is so strong.
