So I bought this since we mainly use rokus in my household, which my daughter sees the remotes and tries to eat them. So I bought this to help her teething, as well as to maybe stop her from teething on the actual remotes. But it definitely helped with teething, and you have the option to put ice on the back part, although I have yet to try it. The thickness of the teether is on the thinner side but it's bigger than the actual remote so I'd say it's pretty safe for those scared of a piece coming off. The texture is a bit bumpy on one side but I think the grooves of the supposed 'buttons' help satisfy her teething, and it did come with the clip so you can clip it onto their clothing or car seat, so no more losing teethers. ... show more
