Mix, bake 5 minutes, add toppings, bake 10-15 minutes more, eat, enjoy!!
Flavor Name: Pizza Dough Mix
Size: 9.8 Ounce (Pack of 3)
Update #1: since publishing the review below, I've used this mix several times. Each box indeed makes 2 crusts. I'm updating however because I had a taste for quiche and had no prepared crust. To save making one from scratch I decided to try the pizza mix dough for the crust. It worked and was even b
etter than regular wheat crust. I made a pizza with the other half dough. BTW, I mix the dough per instructions, then divide into two parts. I use one part then and put the other half in the fridge (covered so outside won't harden) and use the next day. This has not affected the quality or taste. It pays sometimes to take chances as it could have not worked. So glad it did! Update #2. Yipee, I discovered another way to use this pizza dough. Since one-half the dough will make an 8" pizza, as mentioned in Update #1, I refrigerate the other half for another pizza or as above for a quiche crust. I had decided to make chicken and dumplings from this book One Pot: 120+ Easy Meals from Your Skillet, Slow Cooker, Stockpot, and More and decided to try the remaining half pizza dough in fridge rather than making the dumplings with the recipe. It worked. And what a time saver. NOTE though that the dough should be dropped by spoonfuls which will look raggedy but the taste, yummmm! I tried rolling a few into little balls to try. The dropped cooks and tastes better so shaping into precise shapes not recommended. Just one of those things! I made a pizza yesterday using a box of this Simple Mills Naturally Gluten-Free Almond Flour pizza crust. I like it a lot. I didn't make two crusts but used all the dough in this small oblong pan Granite Ware Mini Toaster Oven Cookie Sheet. My crust was thick so depending on whether one wants a deep dish crust which is how mine turned out or if one wants a thinner crisp crust, then one box will make two thin 8" pizza crusts. That is what I will do next time as the center understandably was thicker than the edges and I preferred the crisper, thinner edges. But that is a matter of taste. Either thick or thin the crust was very good and the gourmand can feel good about eating a healthy crust! I will continue to use these crusts because it was the quickest pizza I've ever made. BTW I got two meals out of the pizza I made. I intend to try some of their other products for when I get in too much of a hurry to use my own almond flour for a recipe but will keep this pizza mix in stock to always use!

This almond flour crust gives a great nutty flavor to the pizza crust. Since we are gluten sensitive it gives us an opportunity to enjoy our favorite pizza toppings without the risk of gastric upset.

Easy homemade gluten free pizza!
Flavor Name: Pizza Dough Mix
Size: 9.8 Ounce (Pack of 3)
This goes together easily and makes a better gluten free pizza crust than any restaurant or boxed pizza I have tried. The crust doesn’t get soggy no matter how many veggies I pile on with the cheese. Non gf friends like it and I love it!

best alternative pizza dough there is
Flavor Name: Pizza Dough Mix
Size: 9.8 Ounce (Pack of 6)
While I don't have a gluten allergy, I have other food allergies that prevent me from eating regular pizza dough, as well as many of the other gluten free pizza doughs. This pizza dough is easy to make and roll out to whatever thickness you prefer (I make mine super thin). The taste is good, and it d
oesn't get soggy or fall apart when you add your toppings.

It’s def a great replacement for lower carbs needs. I got more. Just not sure if it’ll help me lose weight or not yet.

New favorite pizza - minimal carbs, great taste
Flavor Name: Pizza Dough Mix
Size: 9.8 Ounce (Pack of 3)
New favorite pizza - minimal carbs, great taste. Does not taste like cauliflower at all, however is well seasoned with Italian spices. If you don't like basil and oregano you may not like it. But it is a healthy alternative and kids actually prefer this over regular crust takeout/delivery.

A little difficult to work with. But not great. I have two more boxes again, then won’t buy again. I haven’t really liked anything by this brand.
