The color is very pretty and true to the images. When it arrives you have to do some minor assembly to get it to its full height and capacity. The walls that make it taller/deeper appear to be strong cardboard (though cardboard nonetheless) that being said, while it has become a little less rigid and had some unwanted minor folds now, after a year of regular use, its actually holding up pretty well and I probably won't need a whole new hamper for quite some time. I never really wanted a teal one but it was cheaper than all the other colors... probably because no one wants teal. It's a pretty nice clothes holder but honestly wish the top was a little more sturdy.
