Our HOA doesn't allow us to have basketball hoops in the neighborhood. As a Mom of teenage boys, I am always looking for ways to keep them outside & off their screens. We were pumped when we found this removable hoop and thought it would attach to the existing light pole in our courtyard. At first the kids were skeptical, but after we set it up they LOVED it. We can put it at any height, we take it off at the end of the day and store it flat against the garage wall. The bracket blends in with the existing pole so we just leave that on. So far, so good!! And for the size, it's fine. The kids just want to shoot hoops and do trick shots, they aren't in the NBA or anything so a smaller sized ball works well for their needs. We got this for my three-year-old for Christmas and we are all obsessed. We originally had a kids hoop for him, but it broke with how much we used it. This is a real hoop, but we could put it low and attach it to a pole on our patio. It’s sturdy enough that my husband and I can play with him and we can move it up or down fairly easily! I played through college and was hoping to find a solid Jr hoop to get my 5 year old started. This is a solid little hoop, to get going. Easily handles a size 5 ball. The ball that comes with it is smaller than a 5 but isn’t too bad.

The was small but at least it was a ball, I used the pump that came with it but it didn’t hold the air. Need a replacement but now sure how to get just the ball without having to return the whole item?? I like the backboard and hoop very sturdy and easy to install

This basketball goal was perfect setup for my pool. Quality board, rim and mounting brace. No cheap plastic here. The net was a little flimsy though. It broke or reared after a month of use. But over all framing was sturdy. Should last for years outdoors.

This is the best portable basketball hoop ever. All you need is to find a pole or it wooden beam to connect it to. If me and my son go to the park now, and the court is full. I take this out attach it to one of the poles along the court. And we just start balling. It can also be mounted to a standard television wall mount. So we mounted outside on a deck. We mounted inside the garage. We mounted any and everywhere. It also fits a standard basketball. Again. Best thing ever. ... show more
