It's a nice bike rack.. and is very sturdy and strong.. It's fairly easy to install and pretty straight forward.. It's very convenient to tie all your belongings or bag on it while biking. It's a must have for bike owners. I'm very happy with the purchase.

While I did manage to attach it to my bike, the whole process was a huge headache. It came with no instructions at all and I had to refer to the video through the product details description. This is a great bike rack! It’s very easy to install. It’s very strong and sturdy. This is not a flimsy product that can only carry a few pounds. This baby can hold more than you have the strength to pedal. A solid product that I highly recommend for commuters and touring cyclists.

    • Missing bolts and screws
You know what, I didn't think it was going to be such a big deal when you hear people saying that hardware isn't complete. I thought I'd just hit hardware store and buy more washers and screws. Put on tight and the thing fell apart on one side losing hardware while trying to get back. Too many parts. Too many weak points. Will save up till can get one solid piece rack. Hope it works for you though. Not bad for cheap, but can't risk so many bolts. Didn't know when it fell apart just noticed one side hanging there from tire area missing all lower pieces to reach. Sorry had to return, and couldn't see if something could have prevented the fail. Make sure all hardware is firm and tight. Can be a decent rack if firm tight setup for you. ... show more

I got the right size. Installation would have been easy enough, if this rack would fit. In order to fit, the extension rod would have to be inches longer. The only way this can possibly be installed on my bike is at a severe angle, with the front portion of the rack under my seat. Seat is low, as I am short. The bottom part where rack screws into the bike would have to be set so low that much longer screws would be needed to get to the holes, as that is where the metal parts of the rack are thicker and adjustable. Easy enough to install, though it didn't have instructions. I had all the tools I need, I personally generally don't like getting them assembly required items anyways, more clutter. Mounted easy on my old Jameson.

    • It’s good but you have to adjust it too multi-gear bikes
Ok so, it’s a good mount and I do like it. Although it could probably come with paper instructions as the video instructions aren’t the most helpful. Also if you have a multi-gear bike it still works but you are gonna want a longer screw with a flatter head than what they gave you with a similar spiral pattern. I had to almost take off my wheel to get it on just so I could get it on but it’s really dang sturdy. I’d just suggest making a new video that actually tells you what to do rather than just doing it. But the bike basket frame is rlly nice ... show more
