While I bought the Kimonte table in-store at Ashley’s, I ordered the chairs from Amazon because it saved me $50 (in-store they’re $100 for a set of two) and $99 in delivery. Chairs arrived in good condition, no box damage. It’s actually very easy to put together— we had them set up within a half an hour. They’re sturdy & feel comfy. I have attached pictures of the issue with these chairs. I liked the chair but, due to manufacturing defect I had to return. We could only make 2 chairs out of 6 chairs. There is a missing hole to attach seat with back piece. You can see two screws on the left side of the seat can be fasten but on the right side 2 screw will not match up to the holes of the other part. One picture you can see legs are touched to the wood but i could not fasten the screw completely. I hope this explanation is enough to understand the issue. I think manufacturer should try to build these chairs then and only they will get idea of the issue. If these chairs were not defective, I would really buy them again. Cushion is really good and looks good too. I am so upset that UPS can not pick up the chair and I tried to deliver and UPS shop refuse to take the chair because it is furniture. I am so upset with this experience. ... show more

These assembled very easily (although the tool they supply is quite tedious). Two people definitely makes it go faster. The piping on the seams/edges aligned well, and everything seems pretty solid. For casual/occasional use (mine are going in my office for drop-in people and spontaneous meetings), they're going to be just fine. Do be sure to screw in everything just a few threads, THEN sit the chair upright, get it leveled, and then tighten everything down. The back center screw (it'll make sense when you see the instructions) didn't want to go in ahead of the chair legs, so we did front legs, THEN back legs, then back center screw. I got a screaming deal ($67.28 including delivery, for two chairs) from a seller called FURNITURE UNIQUE, and the item was drop-shipped from Ashley Furniture directly to me. They did a great job with packaging, and for the price, I can't possibly complain. ... show more

The chairs are a perfect fit for the small area that needed for them. There were two color descriptions provided, in the heading it stated the chairs were ivory but in the body of the description the color was indicated to be white. The true color is ivory which disappointed me a little. the chairs were fairly simple to assemble once I made some adjustment on the screw that was used to attach the seats to the back of the chair in the center area. Once I took the "o ring" out and just used the washer provided; the connection was easier. Regret buying these. Cheaply made, low quality & overpriced. They are quite short & not what I consider to be a tall high back chair. The seats are a bit hard, trim details even or poorly attached. If you grab the chair by the top or the back to move it, indents from where you placed your hands remains visible. The media could not be loaded. Make sure to read the directions and pay close attention to the screw sizes. If you use the wrong screw, you will snap the legs. Great chairs. Study and comfortable

The chairs are beautiful! But check the legs when you first get them. Mine were bonded together and did not last 4 months, after warranty was expired. I did not notice till chair leg broke... Beautiful though. Just not sturdy

When front legs are properly installed they are 1"-1/4" inches shorter than the back legs causing chair seat be unlevel and pitch forward. The chair also rocks back and forth as legs in back are not of even length. I checked the measurements using a level on bottom edge of seat, side to side and front to back. It's very noticeable when viewing them. No need for level but I wanted to be 100% sure before writing this review. ... show more
