My hair always got wet in the spa - I'm short so my head is close to the water. This pillow keeps my head in a great position - hair out of the water but shoulders in. It is very comfortable to use and the textured covering is non-slip. We do take it out of the spa and let it dry in the sun, and so far have not had any need to clean it. I love the little hook that lets me hang it on my shower rod to drip dry. Also, the most comfortable bath pillow I have ever used. However, the rubber suction cups immediately began tearing away from the cloth case they are sewn to. It is the cloth case that tears, so you can’t just sew them back on. ... show more

I have widespread chronic pain and take at least a bath a day. The hot water helps with managing the pain and I've taken up to 5 baths in one day! For years I've used the same style plastic bath pillow purchased from an unmentioned retail store. The suction would fail, or I couldn't clean well enough so I'd throw it away and purchase another...for years. Last week, I decided to see what Amazon had for options/prices. This pillow interested me because of the price, the positive ratings and the fact that I can machine wash it! Awesome!! I recieved it next day, couldn't wait to try it out! Amazing!! So comfortable, soft, cushy! It stays in place! I'll wash it in the washing machine and see how it hold up. But for now I'm so grateful to have this pillow .....I'm writing this review IN THE TUB! (Dont drop my phone 😲) note: the person who posted about the fabric being bothersome.... I tend to have sensitive skin when in a flair up so your post interested me. But my pillow is soft and not scratchy. I wonder if you got a bad batch. Anyway, worth the money buy one (or 2- give as a gift!) 💙 June 2022.....FYI the pillow is still comfy, but be sure to hang it after using because it will smell. I wash it with bleach in the washer often to keep it clean. It also discolored so it doesn't look nice and white anymore. I would still buy it again! ... show more

    • You don't even realize how much you need a bathtub pillow in your life. Yes, I said "need."
This. Is. Amazing. We don't have a big jacuzzi style tub, but rather just a standard tub/shower combo. Everyone and their mom knows how uncomfortable it is to try to take a soak in a standard tub; it's impossible to lay down and try to rest your back and head on the edge of the tub without immediately regretting the decision to take a bath. Knowing all of that, we purchased this kind of as a shot in the dark, not thinking it would be as amazing as it is. It truly makes laying down in the tub to soak after a hard day's work comfortable. As far as the actual quality of the pillow, it seems to be very well made. I also love that it has a handle/hook, so when you're done using it, you can hang it on the shower head to dry. A concern I had when purchasing this tub pillow was just that I was worried it wouldn't dry well and get gross or even mold. That hasn't been the case though! It dries super well, and there have even been times (admittedly several 🥴🤦🏼♀️) where I've forgotten to hang it to dry, and it's never had any problems. The suction cups are good as well, do you don't have to worry about it slipping around while you're in the tub. Overall a super great purchase. Definitely worth investing in one for the comfort, because when you're wanting to relax and relieve tension in a hot bath, you need to be comfortable. So definitely a 10/10 hidden gem. ... show more

At the price point it's hard to complain too much about the comfort and ease of cleaning that this pillow offer (seriously, it dries out by itself in just an hour or two, great design!) but it should be noted that the suction cups are just jammed in there and almost immediately pulled out if you move around at ALL in the bath. I lost a suction cup or two with every bath until I ran out, which is nuts! I still use the pillow though and just rely on my weight to hold it where I want it, so it still works for what I need it for- but the design on those suction cups just blows. ... show more

This pillow is perfect. It has amazing support, yet soft. Very well made! When rinsing it, I was surprised that the water dripped right out and it dried fast. The hook really helps! It keeps its shape the same despite getting wet. The suction cups keep it in place in the bathtub. The size is great and works for my fiancé too. Makes bath time so much more relaxing.
