The picture is how it fell out of package. No shrink wrap or even tape to hold together. The product is still a work in progress. Not crazy about the scent but my hair seems happy.

I like this product as it is the only product that helps the condition of my hair. Problem is it helps only for the first day then it is back to the way it was before. Therefore, I am very disappointed as it is very expensive.

Delivery timefeame was extended 2 days. When box opened there was insufficient packing and the Treatment lid was off and half of it was spilled out.
