The media could not be loaded. I live in Central Florida on city water but it's extremely hard and has that Sulphur, "well water smell". After installing this unit and letting it run, I took a shower and it works exactly as described, water is softer, has 0 smell and unit puts out a good stream. I live in a city where there is definitely hardware. I went from living in a backhouse on a ranch with well water, to a busy not so well area. My skin was so unhappy with the change. Always dry and itchy, my scalp was flaking, and my hair felt more brittle. I finally invested in one of these shower filters. I have used it about 6 times. I notice my skin isn't alligator anymore lol. My hair is less brittle too. Easy to install and I love the shower setting options. The shower head is very easy to move left, right, up, down. The water pressure is fine for me. My only issue is I have questions about changing the filter. Do I buy a new tank (attached between spout and shower head) or do I have to replace the whole thing? Do they even sell the filters on their own? If they do, does it have to be this specific brand? How do I know when to replace it? Lol ... show more

My hair and skin were so sad and dry this winter season. That, combined with a move into a home with hard water (built in ‘96) that still had the original shower-head installed, had me generally unhappy with my shower experience. I ordered this shower-head and filter and immediately installed it with ease. My first shower with it installed I truly could tell an IMMENSE difference- the pressure is medium/high with the ability to adjust, and I could feel how much cleaner my water was. My hair used to be tangly, frizzy, and straw-like… and no matter what products I used or how much/little, I felt like my hair was never truly clean even right after showering and blow drying. I have used the FEELSO shower head w/filter for 6 weeks and now have something to write. First off, I am happy with its performance. I bought it because I constantly had to keep cleaning icky 😱 rusty residue and calcium deposit from my ancient shower head. In those 6 weeks of use, there has been no rusty residue and just a powdery whisper of calcium that was easily wiped off. The instructions were clear in a Step 1, 2, 3-style format with pictures (yay!). Everything needed to connect the unit was provided, even Teflon tape. I mention the tape because although I initially followed the instructions to the letter, which was cleaning off the old tape from the threaded pipe coming out of the wall and wrapping the threads with 4-6 turns of new tape, I couldn’t screw on the new filter. At first I thought, oh no, the parts are different sizes! I didn’t force it because I was afraid of stripping the threads or cracking the plastic housing of the filter. I took off nearly all the new tape leaving just the bare minimum and tried again. Success! It was a snug fit, and it leaked at first but that’s because in all the bother I hadn’t noticed the white O-ring (washer) had fallen out. Once I got it back in, the leakage stopped. The new shower head works great on all 5 settings but I stick with the basic rain option. Testing all the spray patterns loosened the shower head from the filter or maybe I didn’t tighten it well to begin with, but that was easily fixed. Works fine now. For those wondering about water flow, the unit comes with a water flow restrictor that is easy to remove (apparently it’s a requirement to include one). I took it out and am satisfied with the pressure. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The best water pressure for me. The instructions and installation was easy. I love how strong it is (see video) it has multiple settings to change how the water comes out. As a girl I love how I can set it to a strength that gets all the shampoo and conditioner out my hair quick. My boyfriend also loves the full pressure water after a long day of work, I got my mom to buy it and she loves it! Only thing is that when I turn the shower head to change the settings, the screwing part comes a little loose and it leaks but I just tighten it back with my hands… I would tighten it with a wrench instead ... show more
