I installed this over 1½ years ago and I still have ZERO issues with it. The price for value is amazing. I use this 1-2 times a day almost every day. I have never had any issues and the shower wand holder is still going strong. This is a great product, easy to install, and looks wonderful. Not only all of that but it is very reliable and easy to use! To make sure your shower wand sticks do the following 1. Clean the area thoroughly and rub down with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser 2. Wait 20 minutes and clean the area again 3. Wait 20 minutes then place the shower wand holder on the cleaned area 4. apply gentle force for about 5 minutes 5. wait 24 hours and come by throughout the day to apply some gentle force Just like any other glue the adhesive needs time to bond to the surface, if you follow the steps above and then hang your wand holder up you should have no issues. ... show more

Great upgrade for quick and cheap. But cheap is definitely what you pay for. Feels like it could break into a million pieces if you dropped it. Also when you tighten it with a tool you strip paint off or if you don't tighten it leaks. The handheld is great, the mount sucks. Fell off the wall the very next day, doesn't stick at all. Had to come up with a different way to get it to stay and it involved glue and tape. Not impressed by that part. But it upgraded my shower and made it look good with the remodel I did as well. Update: after having it for a bit, while showering I noticed it will squirt up and hit the ceiling. I dont know which connection is leaking/ squirting. Maybe it's pressure build up? Any one else have this issue? And how do I fix this? ... show more

Initially I attached the extension arm but this thing was so wably with it that I would come back to it leaning to one side, I ended up just attaching it without the extension and now it's perfect. I wish there was a more accessible way to change the water route, my fiancé is short and cannot reach the top knob so I have to do it for her every time. ... show more

Setting up this fixture was more challenging than I expected, mainly because the instructions weren't clear. They mentioned using gaskets but the instruction showed that I need 2, and there was already one inside. It kept leaking even after trying different gaskets and tape many times. Eventually, I only used 1 gasket that came with it inside the hose which seemed to fix the leak. On the bright side, the fixture looks nice, especially the 10" rainfall showerhead, which is my favorite part. The hose and sprayer work well, and I appreciate the flow regulator. However, the adhesive for holding the sprayer isn't sticking properly, I had to use my own glue for it. Overall, this fixture is a decent choice for a quick and budget-friendly bathroom upgrade, but I probably wouldn't purchase it again. I'd prefer to invest in something from a reputable brand with known quality. ... show more

Fairly easy to install. Instructions are mostly clear, you do need a wrench to tighten it up. The water feels amazing and works fantastic. Just don’t be dumb like me and stick the shower head holder upside down and then your stuck with it that way.
