I hurt my shoulder lifting boxes up a shelf. Boy they hurt! It helps, but I need assistance putting the sling on. At first, I thought this brace is not adjustable and was too small for my shoulder. I was wrong. They used a high quality slim velcro, that I genuinely missed the first time around. Luckily they are different shades of black and shinny. This shoulder brace is easy to put on and does a good job of relieving pressure on the shoulder. The instruction sheet includes pictures that make it obvious the steps to install and adjust the brace. There is also some text under the pictures explaining the process. The text uses a tiny font, so if your Eyesite is not perfect, expect to break out the magnifying glass.
