  • INCLUDED IN PURCHASE | (20) assorted rosette succulents in 2" pot. Each plant may vary from pictures shown as plants are hand selected based on season, size, health, and readiness.
  • WATERING NEEDS | Succulents are very sensitive to overwatering, and damp soil can cause root rot. Dry out soil completely between waterings. Recommended amount is once every two weeks. Tip: top inch of soil should feel dry before watering again.
  • FERTILIZING NEEDS | Fertilize every two to four weeks during spring and summer. Withhold fertilizer during the fall and winter months.
  • SOIL | SUN | POTTING | Use well-draining soil. Regular potting soil or dirt won't do. Use cactus soil/mix potting soil with sand/pumice/perlite. Approximately 6 hours of sun per day. Gradually give plant more sunlight each day.

  • Moderately good selection of plants
Size: 20-Pack Style: Grower's Pot Pattern Name: Rosette Collection
I am writing this review as an experienced succulent grower and collector. I bought this set of 20 plants on a whim to see what I got, and overall I would say I am not disappointed. This is a good collection for the beginner succulent enthusiast, or for someone looking to gift these. I have attached pictures of the plants I received. After looking into the seller's website and doing some research, I was able to identify the 10 varieties they sent me as the following, from right to left (see picture): 1. Echeveria 'Green Goddess' This is a cute little rosette plant with chubby leaves; it arrived in very good condition with no damage. I have not previously encountered this species and find it to be a charming addition to the crowd. 2. Echeveria 'Domingo' I had a hard time identifying this one at first but it is the only white rosette the company lists on their website. They are quite fragile but beautiful to look at - extremely pale!! I love them; they're a great addition to my collection. 3. Echeveria derenbergii These are cute, compact blue-ish rosettes with red tips. They are very aesthetically pleasing and came in good condition with a few damaged leaves that were easily removed when re-potting. 4. Pachyphytum hookeri Great little chubby plant; I received two in very good condition, just a little under-hydrated but that's likely a result of shipping. It was nice to receive a couple of plant varieties outside Echeverias :) 5. Echeveria Perle von Nuernberg This is a common one but always nice to have on hand for gifts or decorating, etc. I received two very vibrant and beautiful plants with no damage. 6. Echeveria elegans aka "Mexican snowball" This is a pale green rosette with a powdery white coating of farina; they are very pretty. The two I received have a few broken leaves but those were easily removed when re-potting. 7. Echeveria 'Sleepy' This is a small, emerald green variety that I find to be very cute, and significantly different from the rest of the Echeverias received. My only note is that the two I received seemed a bit etiolated (stretched due to insufficient light), and the leaves pop off with very little contact, making re-potting a pain. However, this is another new addition to my collection that I appreciate. 8. Echeveria blue atoll This is a pale blue-ish green rosette with long, thin, finger-like leaves that curl upwards. The two plants I received had a few dead leaves and were floppy from dehydration, but I expect them to recuperate with a good watering. 9. Graptopetalum paraguayense aka "Ghost Plant" I was a little bummed at the etiolated state of the ghost plants I received. They are not in great condition so I ended up cutting off the heads and am currently trying to root them. The leaves are good to use for propagation. 10. Senecio cephalophorus 'Blazing Glory' These were not in good condition when they arrived. This one was hard to identify because I thought it was an Echeveria at first, but it's actually a rosette-forming Senecio. I am not familiar with this plant but I received one that was on the verge of death (it has 3 viable leaves left) and one that had dead leaves and looked pretty sad. I'm not impressed with either of these plants but will delight in bringing them back to health :) Final Note: The plants were packaged very well to ensure they were not damaged during shipping, though some jostling occurred. Most were received in good condition. I did notice that the shipping box seemed to have gotten very hot during transit, as most of the plants were saggy and dehydrated when received. They survived the trip though and should be looking good in a couple weeks! ... show more

  • Third order from this company and each order was amazing
Size: 20-Pack Style: Grower's Pot Pattern Name: Rosette Collection
I will forever order my succulents from this small business on Amazon. This is my third order from them and each one has been amazing on their end! Shipping in a timely manner and the plants are packaged well. Ups likes to shake the plants all around so dirt all around and outside of the main box is to be expected! I just pull out my soil bowl and replant them the same day I get them and water if needed then I acclimate them to the outside sun. This batch is going to be included in a succulent party I’m doing for an event. I know they will be very popular and lots of pretty colorful ones in this batch! 💚 ... show more

  • Amazing quality, fabulous customer service.
Size: 20-Pack Style: Grower's Pot Pattern Name: Rosette Collection
I love Shop Succulents and their top quality plants. This is my second order from Shop Succulents. This second order also included another 20-pack (variety, not rosette) and two 5-packs. The plants are always beautiful, and they are packed snug yet comfortably. All of my plants, of which I've now ordered 70!, have arrived safe and sound. :) With my first order, I planted them just before a record high heat wave on Memorial Day, so, unfortunately, many of my beauties died. However, in spite of the poor timing and horrible heat, several survived (and are thriving). The customer service they offer is fantastic! I reached out to the company because I was looking to buy more, and had a few questions about possible custom orders. I also confessed that I accidentally murdered some of their lovely plants. Customer service let me know that they guarantee their plants for 90 days, but this was in no way their fault, so I didn't ask them to replace my victims. Tips (some come from the company, some from other reviews, some from me): 1) When your lovely succulents arrive, cut the bottom of the box open, gently flip it back over (right side up) so you can pull the box off the plants instead of pulling them out from the top of the box. This was so much easier than opening the top, picking off the packing paper squiggles, then delicately pulling each plant out. 2) Set your plants in a quiet area where they can rest a few days before planting them. Only give water if the soil is totally dry. 3) For anyone who is new to the succulents game, make sure their new home has excellent drainage. If you're planting outside make sure to have gravel underneath any soil or soil-and-sand mixture you may plant them in, so they are guaranteed to be up and away from water that may otherwise pool. Sitting water (be it on their roots or on their petals) is the enemy of your succulents' well-being. 4) These are rather low-maintenance plants, but don't forget them. The heat of summer can sap all the extra moisture from their soil, and, while they don't require lots of water, they do need some. Please check on your little darlings if it is rather toasty where you live. 5) Have fun! They are heartier than one might imagine. If they can survive me AND record-breaking highs in the Georgia summer, I figure they are near-invincible over all. :) Shop Succulents is an excellent company, and their plants and customer service have won this newer-to-succulents gal over. :) ... show more

  • Nice Variety and Great after some Needed TLC
Size: 6-Pack Style: Grower's Pot Pattern Name: Rosette Collection
I ordered these as favors for a shower. I was pleased with the variety (four of each kind, six different types=24 total) and for the most part, each succulent was in decent shape. However, they did need a lot of cleaning up, they were COVERED in dust/dirt, and they "soil" the company uses is mostly just the filler (the small white beads). With that said, they needed immediate attention upon arrival. I've now had the succulents in my care (the shower was rescheduled due to Covid19) for about two months. After the initial re-potting and soil addition, I placed them under a grow light. Many, took off and have developed into beautiful succulents, to the point where I had to purchase bigger pots and more soil. Unfortunately, I believe that two of the succulents are not going to make it. ... show more
