    • Slow but fun for older kids.
Followed instructions and out of 4 seeds planted, 2 seeds grew, one of those 2 developed leaves , the other one died before growing leaves. Now will be transplanting the one seedling to a Bonsai pot.

I bought this bonsai tree growing kit thinking it would be a great way to relax and connect with nature. What I got was a tiny tree that judges me constantly. 'You call that watering? I'm parched over here!' 'Your pruning skills are almost as bad as your haircut.' 'Why did you even bother with the decorative rocks? I'm a tree, not a cat.' Despite the tiny tree's sassiness, I've grown quite fond of it. It's like having a tiny, leafy roommate who complains about everything I do. The kit came with everything I needed, including seeds, soil, and a pot that's just the right size for my tree's ego. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for a plant novice like me. I had to go out and buy a new pot the one it came with was broken when I opened the box so that sucked I was eager to plant my seeds but I soaked them in water for a night which gave me time to get a new one we’ll see how they grow but the instructions were clear and easy everything looks nice pretty good value for the money minus the broken pot which doesn’t seem that great to begin with ... show more
