arrived in just it's display box. set it up on win10/usb. chinese driver. can't share the printer on my network for anything else to use. tried setting up bluetooth on a samsung, iphone 13 pro max, iphone xr. I got the app installed but could not get the file to transfer via BT. Feels like propritary spyware drivers. When I *could get the printer to print via USB the page setup was so wonky as to be useless. I could never get the label to print properly. I did get some to print, and they *would work, but the resolution looked poor, it wasn't centered, it was tiny, or would only be printed half way on the page. ... show more

I can’t believe I actually wasted time using scissors and tape for my shipping labels. I should have purchased this hundreds of orders ago. What I really love about this printer is the fact that it’s about 30% smaller than most thermal printers but does it job better. What I mean by better is that this printer stores the labels INSIDE itself. You don’t have to buy a thermal label stand that takes up another 2 feet of space (because you have to allow the label about a foot of space from the printer). It also has a cool blue LED “on” light that serves as a subtle nightlight at night (LOL). The APP is easy to use. I highly recommend this thermal printer from trial and error.
