    • Update, several things I don't like
but not returning. Using it for 3 wks, the panel should be lighted, wording is small. Not familiar with all the features, might have better attitude once I become familiar. This MV is same size in every dimension from what was replaced. It appears lighter. It's resting on 2 heat proof, non-slip mats, yet, unless I hold the appliance before opening, the unit slides. I thought a handle would work better for my arthritic hands rather than pushing button on previous model. With the old model I was able to use Express Cook when I only needed a few seconds to heat something. This MV doesn't work that way. I also used Express Cook to set time cooked for what I wanted. Can't do that, have to press the Time Cooked button, then add the time desired. I always cooked pasta in the old model (except large and ravoli) always came out perfectly. I'm not getting the same results from this new one even though I'm cooking at the exact time frame. Maybe I should post questions, perhaps I'll understand the appliance better. ... show more

I bought a smaller microwave but it was slow and took forever for the food to get warm. Started looking for a larger microwave and read the reviews for the Sharp microwave and saw nothing but good reviews. Glad I read them, this microwave is the best!
