If you live with one or two people, this little guy is more than capable of making everyone happy. It hangs out quietly on your countertop, not taking up too much space. It heats quickly with 700W of power. It defrosts and reheats very well. Its carousel rotates to heat evenly. For its price, you get a lot of extras. You also get quality. We ordered this microwave for our (very) small office and it’s perfect. It’s the right size to put on a shelf, it’s reasonably priced, and aside from a minor glitch with the door opener, which was fixed, we love it.

    • Took a month to receive and in less than a month, malfunctions.
I ordered it on August 27th 2024, received it on September 25th, a month later, and 5 days ago it started acting up. I tried to use it and all the display lights turned on, every one of them, it beeped and the time reset to 1:00...There is a short somewhere and it keeps malfunctioning like this. Total waste of time and money. Plus, now there is no vendor listed to even contact, just my luck. ... show more

    • Very hard for old and or week hands to operate
The microwave oven works fine but pressing the flat buttons is very hard. I struggle to open the door after I've struggled to press the stop button to release it.
