When I started researching vacuums, it was tough to believe that any vacuum could truly live up to a claim of solving the issue of long hair wrapping around the roller. This one actually does. Beyond that, I love how easy it is to remove the canister and use the hose so I can vacuum our car very quickly and easily. This function is quite powerful as well. Some of my friends and family members have been buying shark vacuums for years. This was my first one. I would buy this again for the convenience power and performance of the product. Actually, I might need to since one of my dogs decided the hose was a toy. The hose is built so tough though that even though the dog who did this is a lab and has a pretty strong jaw, there hasn't been any adverse impact on suction so far, which is pretty amazing. ... show more

The vacuum is great. Works good,very little marks. Easy to assemble.Everything works on it. Its suction is great, both rollers work. Came in original box with all the attachments. The only thing that turned me off a little bit is the filters where used. Thats my only complaint. I would buy from them again. ... show more

    • Design flaw has a clog point that can’t be accessed
The unit has a design flaw at the handle where there’s a kink in the airflow. It got clogged there and it’s impossible to get to to clear it. It’s too far in to grab with anything: scissors, pliers. And since it’s at a curve, you can’t poke it out with a rod either. So it’s a dead machine because it’s hopelessly clogged. The only possible way to fix it would be to completely disassemble the handle which has tiny, tiny little torx head screws. I’m certainly not gonna do that every time there’s a clog. ... show more

Open the box, put The vacuum together. And it worked for 2 minutes. Then got the red light fault the roll was not rotating. Turned it off cleaned it cleared all possible debris. (Which was nothing at all) Then turned vacuum on roll worked for a couple minutes then got the fault again..
