    I wanted a lightweight vac that was easy to maneuver around. I chose one that was not cordless because my experience with them has not been great. I received my new stick vac and upon opening it it seemed pretty durable. It was simple to put together. Basically a hand vac on a stick but I knew that. I have a medium pile rug that I used it on and it did okay. I used it on my hard floors and it worked great. I like being able to vacuum under my couch easily as well as under my table and chairs. Very convenient. I wish it had a place on it to store the attachments but overall, I am pleased with it. And the price wasn't bad. So far, I would recommend this vacuum. ... show more

      • This thing SUCKS!! But…..in a good way.
    I bought this for my RV. I need something that has lots of power, but isn’t too bulky. Something that can store easy. This works great for my needs around our 5th wheel. I read so many reviews saying that most didn’t like that fact that the vacuum can’t stand on its own. I haven’t had any issue with propping it up against a wall when it’s not in my hand. The attachments are perfect for my needs. Luv how easy it is to release the long hose from the base. Also luv the light. Never thought I’d enjoy having a vacuum light until I vacuumed an RV. lol The easy clean canister is a plus. The vacuum is a little top heavy, but it’s definitely still usable for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m able to use it fine for my small Rv space. I tried this vacuum at my house first. It glides so easy on our carpet, and maneuvers around furniture like nobody’s business. After using it for about 20 minutes I did have to take a break because of my arthritis. So it being top heavy may affect someone’s ability to just vacuum all at once if they have medical issues. I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s got great suction. There’s so many reviews saying it’s top heavy so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. I was looking for a vacuum with a strong suction that was fairly compact.       • Great little vacuum
    I work cleaning airbnbs so I bought this vacuum for my job and it's very portable and easy to clean and does a good job. I love it sometimes I even use it at home too.

      • Great suction for a small vacuum, but doesn't take much to fill it.
    I love it! I consider it the "little sister" to my full-size Shark, and don't expect as much from it as I do from the full-sized vacuum. It does exactly what I need it to do, which is to collect the dog hair tumbleweeds on my non-carpeted floors. It took a little getting used to the different baseboard action, tho. The big one has to be run parallel to the walls to clean up baseboards. In contrast, this one works better going straight at the baseboards. I have also gotten used to having to empty the collection cup more often, which makes sense. Smaller vacuum, smaller debris receptacle after all. So far, my ONLY complaint mirrors others I've seen - for such a small thing, it's very loud! I'm thinking that's the design of it - the motor is at the top and closer to my ears, so it only seems loud. All in all, I'm glad I treated myself to it! ... show more

      • Who doesn't love a Shark!
    I've used and owned almost every vacuum brand out there and will buy Shark. My old Shark died after 5 years of abuse. My house is full of dogs and boys and a vacuum lasting that long is amazing. I bought this vacuum to replace it and was thinking it wouldn't do well on carpet because of one of the reviews. I have one area rug and hardwood floors and it performs like a Shark should. I help a friend out and she has all carpet so I brought my vacuum over and it performed amazing. So buy this if your budget is tight and you need a good vacuum that is light weight. ... show more

    I got this for my senior citizen mother, she has a small apartment with multiple area rugs and tiled floors. This does the trick of keeping the apartment dust, crumb etc. free. It suctions and cleans the carpets well as well as the floor. It does all this as well as have a few attachments and is light enough for an 80 year old to easily maneuver it. The icing on the cake is the super price. Definitely recommend this. I already own a shark for my own purposes. After seeing hers another friend wanted exactly the same thing! ... show more

    My wife could give a lecture at M.I.T. on cleaning. She demands a hi performance vacuum, and many Common brands like who-ver, bizil and even Clerby died from abuse, or after a short time began losing suction. This thing sucks..for real. Highest suction in a vac we ever owned. Example. My daughter and her corgi, aka fur machine left after 6 months. We vacuumed twice with old vac until it didn't pickup anymore. Then, the new shark 380 deployed and completely filled up with fur 3 times over. It can remove fine hair in deeper carpet. The lightweight and maneuverability are the best out there..we had 3 other sharks over last 15 years and never had a complaint. ... show more
