What did I have to lose? More hair? I had six surgeries in 2020. My hair was long, thin and blonde. I could color it, curl it, blow dry it, wear it up or down. It was great hair. I'm 55 years old and had never experienced hair loss like this. It was not even noticeable for almost a year and then when I noticed it... It was too late. It fell out basically on one side of my head and to blend my hair to try and cover the area that was falling out the most, I had to cut it off to my shoulders. I was sad, upset and admittedly depressed about it as I am a vain lady. The reason I chose Routine was because of it's cost. I am not in a financial position to just go try whatever and see if it works or not. I was desperate but not stupid. Smelled very clean as I changed out the lids and inserted the pumps. I was skeptical. I was scared. I had lost hope of having my hair look like hair. Feel like hair. And, I wanted to be able to manage my hair. So you can imagine where mine was and as I prepared my shower, I shed a tear and said a prayer and then decided to give this a try. Newsflash! I'm about 3 months into this new Routine Shampoo and Conditioner and it has changed my life. Changed my hair. I do not use any other hair products. I did try once, my old shampoo and conditioner and other hair products like mousse, leave-in conditioner, heat protector cream and hairspray. Well, l will not make that mistake again! I don't need any of the other products when I use the Routine products. I'm sold on these 2 items. I have only been using this about two weeks. So far so good. The shampoo is good because a little goes a long way. It lathers very well so I only have to wash once. I love the fragrance also. The conditioner detangles and moisturizes. I ordered my second shipment already!!

I've only been using for a couple of weeks now but haven't noticed any kind of difference. However, I am not expecting overnight results so I will try to remember to post an update in a couple of months. I will say, maybe my usage is not typical but the size of the shampoo and conditioner bottles both being the same size, when I use the shampoo I use two full pumps to get a decent lather, (I only have chin length hair), when I use the conditioner I only use about a quarter of a pump. One whole pump was way too much conditioner and took a long time to rinse out of my hair. If I notice any thickening or less hair in my brush and shower drain, I may purchase again, if not, I doubt I will. ... show more

I have always had fine hair but I had a lot more hair. Now that I'm older, my hair has thinned out dramatically. Love this shampoo and conditioner. As I've aged , my hair has thinned some so I'm trying to get ahead of it. This product is very good. It makes my hair feel soft and fuller. Haven't been using this product long but am happy with it.

This shampoo definitely leaves your hair feeling clean without weighing it down. It also doesn't leave the scalp feeling dry or product saturated. I chose the wildflower&Jasmine scent, and in case anyone needs to know it smells like freshly sharpened pencil/ clean wood. The scent doesn't linger after the shower which is nice. I've been using it less than a month but I do notice there is less hair falling out at each wash and daily brush.
