What did I have to lose? More hair? I had six surgeries in 2020. My hair was long, thin and blonde. I could color it, curl it, blow dry it, wear it up or down. It was great hair. I'm 55 years old and had never experienced hair loss like this. It was not even noticeable for almost a year and then when I noticed it... It was too late. It fell out basically on one side of my head and to blend my hair to try and cover the area that was falling out the most, I had to cut it off to my shoulders. I was sad, upset and admittedly depressed about it as I am a vain lady. My husband just lost his job unexpectedly and I had my last "just in case" emergency money of $50 and read about the top 3 shampoo and conditioner that would enhance and encouraged hair regrowth. The reason I chose Routine was because of it's cost. I am not in a financial position to just go try whatever and see if it works or not. I was desperate but not stupid. So, without bouncing this information off of my husband, I bit the bullet, and ordered the set. When it arrived, which was earlier than expected, yay. Both bottles were full size. Smelled very clean as I changed out the lids and inserted the pumps. I was skeptical. I was scared. I had lost hope of having my hair look like hair. Feel like hair. And, I wanted to be able to manage my hair. So you can imagine where mine was and as I prepared my shower, I shed a tear and said a prayer and then decided to give this a try. Newsflash! I'm about 3 months into this new Routine Shampoo and Conditioner and it has changed my life. Changed my hair. I do not use any other hair products. I did try once, my old shampoo and conditioner and other hair products like mousse, leave-in conditioner, heat protector cream and hairspray. Well, l will not make that mistake again! I don't need any of the other products when I use the Routine products. I'm sold on these 2 items. I've had soook many ask me if I had hair implants or maybe wearing extensions for short hair, which I found kinda bizarre in the question itself....My husband is using the products and I cannot tell enough folks enough about how Routine saved my hair and got me out of my severe depression.     • Drastically reduced hair fall
Scent: Rosemary & Lemongrass
I wanted to give this a couple of weeks to see if it lived up to the hype. I did some research before purchasing Routine, and it was one of the top recommended brands for people who have a lot of problems with breakage and hair fall. After about two weeks of use I’ve noticed the following: - I went from losing enough hair in the shower to visibly clog the drain every time to losing only a few hairs each time. Depending on the day it’s been a 60-90% reduction in hair loss in the shower. - Breakage and hair loss during the day also seems to have reduced but that’s harder to track. Other benefits: I wash my hair usually every other day. Even though I live in the sweaty armpit of Florida my hair still feels and looks clean on day two instead of its usually slightly greasy feel. It’s even looked pretty good when I stretched it to day three. I changed nothing else about my hair routine. I already sleep with it in protective styles or a bonnet, don’t use harsh elastics, use heat protectants and leave in products. I have very long (mid back), thin, color treated straight hair, and I’m over 40. This worked for me and I will likely subscribe. I will probably change scents, however. The rosemary lemon grass scent is okay, but heavier on the lemongrass side than I would’ve liked. Bonus that it keeps away mosquitoes, at least. ... show more

I've only been using for a couple of weeks now but haven't noticed any kind of difference. However, I am not expecting overnight results so I will try to remember to post an update in a couple of months. I will say, maybe my usage is not typical but the size of the shampoo and conditioner bottles both being the same size, when I use the shampoo I use two full pumps to get a decent lather, (I only have chin length hair), when I use the conditioner I only use about a quarter of a pump. One whole pump was way too much conditioner and took a long time to rinse out of my hair. If I notice any thickening or less hair in my brush and shower drain, I may purchase again, if not, I doubt I will. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy this because it’s pretty expensive. But thought I would try it. My hair is so dry and it’s short but I curl it every day with a curling iron and have burned it and it breaks off easily. I saw a difference after using these products the first time. My hair was softer, smoother and had very little breakage. I could tell with the shampoo in my hair it was softer. I thought I liked my previous shampoo and conditioner but this has everything beat. There is just 1 problem. I wish the bottles were bigger. They look huge in the picture but when I got them I was surprised. It’s a lot of money but if you have burnt hair that breaks off like me you will want to try this. ... show more

I was losing my hair terribly, I have baby fine hair to begin with but I could see my sculpture and my Har was very dull and frizzy..so I did some research and found Routine, so I bought the shampoo and conditioner..you think it's expensive but it's not if you think about it. It's so concentratedthat I finally just ordered another set which was about 5 months ago and I was every other day....but I stopped losing my hair and it's healthier and I can't see my skulp like before...but there are some things you need to follow like rinse in luke warm water...comb with wide tooth detangling comb...but it has really helped took a couple months for me to start noticing so hang in there and try it....well worth the money and no chemicals! ... show more

At first when i opened the bottle i thought this doesn’t smell anything like coconut vanilla, and was going to return it. I looked at the list of ingredients on the bottle, and saw it had Melaleuca in it. I have a lotion I use for my hands that has Melaleuca in it and it is amazing so I thought well. Let me try this shampoo and conditioner. Let me tell you I have never used a shampoo or conditioner that cleans like this stuff does. My hair feels so clean and has so much body in it.
