Nicely made tool. My only problem is that it will only cut about one inch at a time. If you want to trim a golf shaft for example,you have to make 4 cuts. The tool and the cut off wheel are the same size. I will remove the safety guard and buy some 4 and 1/2 diameter cut off wheels.

I got this to cut my chicken wires to make quail hutches. It works pretty well and it’s much easier than cutting it with my manual wire cutter. It saved me a bunch of time. The thing I like about this cutter is I can also shave off the protruding wires. So I am cutting and sanding it at the same time. This result in smoother edges. The 3 inch blade is big enough for what I need it for. The blade cover is nice and keeps the sparks from flying toward me. The power button requires pressing down before it can be slide up to turn on. So it’ll lower the chance of it being accidentally turned on. Good design overall. ... show more

The tool itself is ok for the price, but the disc didn’t cut the tile, I used all 3 and still didn’t cut, so I had to buy a good disc

    • I was not able to use this for what I purchased it for.
I needed to cut a couple of tiles in my bathroom that could not be cut on a tile cutter. After reviewing this product that says will cut tile I purchased it and unless you have all day to wait .it is like slowly grinding away not cutting I have been installing floor covering for forty years and would not recommend this product for tile. ... show more
