Excellent tool that I should have bought long ago. Highly recommend just buying the tool by itself and then upgrading to at least 6ah batteries (non Milwaukee off brand work fine…we all know where they come from). I use my larger pneumatic cut off wheel for the larger jobs, but this tool came in very handy for tight spots, bad angles, and finish work. Has a 1/4 inch collet. I used 2” cut off wheels. It’s a bit expensive, but I was extremely satisfied by its performance in replacing floor pans in a 1955 Chevy. ... show more

I was skeptical if this was real or a knock off but it seems to be authentic. Definitely a great price and I love the adjustable speeds. It’s a lot easier to use than other angle grinders and has plenty of power. Overall love the product!

    • Worth every penny
I have read reviews saying their batteries don't last so I made sure to buy 2 extra 6.0's. When it got here I felt I had to test the theory that 2.0 batteries don't last. Well, if you're grinding with the thing, maybe. I was using it to clean all mating surfaces on an engine that I'm building. Lemme tell you, I did the whole engine using 1 of the 2 amp batteries! It is pretty powerful. Just don't bare down on it. Use a drill or a different driver of you plan on using all of your weight for extended periods of time. It's made to replace air operated 90 grinders and it does that plus some!! Brand new, all was intact, very happy! ... show more

    • The battery life may be short depending upon the project. And charger is not the fastest.
This is a compact tool with plenty of power. It fits easily into my hands and would work well for women’s or small to medium hand. My daughter and I use it to trim our goats feet. Multiple batteries would be a plus.

I wish dewalt made a tool like this. But I bought it anyways. It has many uses and very convenient.

It struggles with heavier tasks, and the battery drains too quickly, even with light use. Not ideal for professional or extended use.
