Great value for the money. Works well and accomplishes what I need it to. The sound is a little quiet and the touchpad is a little big/sensitive. Installed a sound booster and works fine. Use a bluetooth mouse and "turn off" touchpad.

Why did I buy this SGIN Laptop ? The PRICE, Windows 11, & newer, being that I needed to up grade my Toshiba Satellite to windows 10 Home that would cost $69.94... However; My Old Toshiba Satellite from 2010 or 11 that has out dated windows home 7 laptop is faster & sounds better. But for $259.99 this SGIN Laptop worked out for me & It makes a Okay 2nd hand simple laptop &/or good little Laptop for your kiddos to play with. The SGIN Laptop I bought is somewhat slow & the sound is very cheap plastic sounding. So far my SGIN Laptop seems to function (could be faster) and there is no broken or missing parts. But for the price of $259.99 I paid, I'm satisfied. Maybe I can uninstall some of the unnecessary programs in my opinion to get this unit to function faster. NOTE: I would NOT pay more than $260.00 for this SGIN Laptop 15.6 Inch, 4GB DDR4 128GB SSD Windows 11 Laptops with Intel Celeron N4020C... after owning one. I think the reduced sales price should be the normal going Fair price for this off brand SGIN laptop again in my opinion. ... show more

    • Computer very slow and won't run programs
I spent too long trying to make this computer work and now can not return it. There are two USB ports, a headphone jack, and NO disk drive. The memory is 4GB ram with slightly less that as "usable". The touchpad is too sensitive - when I try to move the cursor it clicks and opens whatever the cursor was over and I have to then close that window. All processes from opening a program to downloading take WAY TOO LONG - this computer is WAY TOO SLOW. In addition, all downloads go into the Start button and not the desktop; although you CAN pin items to the taskbar instead. It does NOT download programs that I use such as Audacity. I tried about a dozen times unsuccessfully and only found out by accident (cursor hovering over something) that "This program cannot run on this computer". There was no message or indication that my programs will not run - the technical specs were within the parameters. I DID manage to download iABC, but the other shareware programs I use would not download. Saving graphics is also wonky and more labor intensive than my HP running Windows 8. I purchased this computer based on tech reviews online since I needed to upgrade Windows. It is now a doorstop. I wasted several hundred dollars I could have used to just upgrade Windows on my current computer. ... show more
