Could not get a good print using this ink. Apparently, Sawgrass has a chip in machine and knows when you are not using Sawgrass ink. Could not find phone number or website to contact this seller either.

I am not happy because of the ink I put in my sg500 and it showed black and magneta was out of ink but yellow and blue was full can I send back these 2 colors I had to open the other to see if it was full and it did can I send back and get another one

I am finally replacing my ink and realize that the cyan ink is defective. Been trying to figure out why I could not install it into my printer and it is because it has a piece that is stuck from the production I guess, that is not on the rest of the inks. So it won’t fit. If you look at the magenta ink you will see the piece that should not be there ... show more
