I was worried about buying these lights for my yard as a lot of the reviews said they stopped working within a week or a few weeks. I put these up before the summer and here we are at the end of summer and they are still going strong. they last all night and are bright. They are used on my perimeter yard fence, and the help to light up these areas very well. They light up around the pool and fire pit areas. The drive way and fence. I feel confident that we could see intruders if they happen upon the property at night. I am happy with my purchase and would buy these again. I bought two 10 packs and put up 15 of these solar lights. When these stop working I will update my review so it is honest, but I am hopeful that won't be for quite a while. ... show more

I originally purchased a set of these lights in August of 2020 and it is now June 2023. They are still working great and I would definitely buy another set and recommend them to others. I have them installed along my fence line so I can see my dogs at night. The motion sensing still works as good as it did on day 1 and they also still keep a good charge. They get direct sunlight for several hours in the day and for the most part they will last for at least 6-7 hours. I don't know exactly how long they last before they run out of battery, but I can say at least 4 of the 6 lights I purchased are still lit between 2-3 am when I usually let my dogs out and based on the time the sun goes down...that means they are lasting at least 6-7 hours each night. Sometimes all 6 lights are still lit between 2-3 am, but there have been some mornings where 1 or 2 of them have ran out of battery. Either way, I would definitely recommend these. If you for sure need light coverage throughout the entire night, I would always recommend powered lights over solar, battery powered lights. ... show more

That’s great for us being in pitch black otherwise, and we don’t have near any windows that disturb us if a critter sets them off.
