I like the adjustable length, and it's actually very easy to adjust it and just store the extra length back in the bag on the boat. The bag and strap were actually big enough to store everything in too.

We had a great March sunny weekend in the PNW and got the boat out a little early for some spring surf. My old rope had been worn down with the handle falling apart so needed a new one. Saw this rope which is a great deal when compared to the prices at my local boat/surf shop and about 30% less. The rope does come in a nice carrying case, not sure I will actually use it during the summer, but will be nice during the winter. The rope has various lengths you can shorten by pulling them out which is always nice. I tend to like a little shorter. The handle is very comfortable and it does have floats near the end that amakes it easy to grab. Color not a big deal to me, but it is a fun green. ... show more

This is a nice upgrade with the larger diameter rope, easier to grip if pulling yourself toward the boat. The handle is comfortable on the hands, big enough to squeeze 2 hands on but not so big to get tangled up

While it will be a few weeks before I'll be able to put this into actual service (once summer arrives and the water warms up) It looks pretty good so far.
