Brand new, out of box with immediate overnight charge and device turned on for about 30-40 seconds just long enough to access directly through phones WiFi and then it shut off and will not turn on now. Battery is faulty. It is a cheap device. Worthless really if it does not function brand new

I wanted this camera for my hotel room for when i go on vacation in Thailand in November and I've tried to connect it to 4 different devices in all 3 ways that they provide that it can be connected. Well, from the star, you advertise a high-quality camera and it was a cheap plastic camera that didn’t even have an SD card. I had to buy one separately. It didn’t even hooked up to my Wi-Fi because it was having issues because of the it being so cheap then I put it up and it kept on the camera kept phone off the hook that you guys gave me a little Glue thing that will hold the camera. The thing it just kept falling down on top of it. The camera is it. The view is horrible. The picture quality is horrible and I try return it I really want to refund I need a highlight.
